POPSSalary, gender and the social cost of haggling Women face higher social risks when negotiating higher wages. Not being able to pay the bills, keep a home, and put food on the table, in my opinion are higher risks. In the face of these responsibilities, I would hope women would get more gutsy (I'd say ballsy but then that is a male-gendered word) and start demanding what is rightfully theirs. --gosh I love my mother for teaching me this a long time ago--

POPSEU gender pay gap 'not narrowing' The gender pay gap increasing in some countries? The EU is supposed to be a model of integration, growth, community etc-- all the while leaving women in the background. Not good.
