Maybe now instead of one shuffling overweight black postal worker serving customers, while 4 other stations are vacant (those workers are in back smoking and sipping coffee with their feet up), you may see workers afraid for their jobs and therefore, for the first time in their miserable postal workers lives, actually trying to work and be efficient. Actually we need to lay off a lot more government workers - and start with Obozo.
