About me

I'm just an OLD German woman that moved to Arkansas with my husband. I like to cook. I cook for my husband everyday. thru the years I have turned into quite a CHEF master. I also like my Garden in my backyard. Still working on progressing it. But it is my HAVEN. Kinda reminds me of being in Germany when I sit out there with my cool drinks while admiring the Hummingbirds and other critters also enjoying my back yard.

Red Wine is good for you. Especially if your Iron is low. Most women have problems maintaining their Iron Level. So they take geritol, Vitamins etc. But if you drink one small glass of red wine a day you will feel better. I know this to work , i have done this for over 20 years. no I am not an Alcoholic. LOL
