POPSUN Peacekeeprs, Aid Workers Sexually Abusing Kids This is one of the most disgusting reports that i have heard in awhile. These children are already traumatized enough to have these perverts go over there and make it worse. They need to start screening their applicants more.

POPSDaughter Held Captive By Her Dad for 24 Years This is disgusting, and I hope this man gets tortured. What is even sadder is that he didn't give the chance for three of his children with his daughter to live a fulfilling life due to this sick and twisted mind. I hope he goes to hell three times over.

POPSGoogle, Seeking To Diversify, Looks To Government Contracts This is a very interesting article about how Google is broadening its spectrum. Its product Google Earth is very intriguing for the government. It provides satellite-type views with the ease to incorporate it into any system. Definitely check it out if you haven't already.

POPSBlood: The Last Vampire I always knew that this would make an amazing movie. However, I do not think they choose the right actress to play Saya. Oh well, at least they are making one. I wonder if they would make one of the series, which is one my faves of all time.

POPSLunar Eclipse Photos The lunar eclipse last night was beautiful. The moon looked like a beautiful swirl of rich reds and yellows with glittering stars surrounding it. I am so glad that I was able to be a part of it.

POPSOutsourcing Hampered By Poor Planning This is the new report that Deloitte came out with about outsourcing services. In the study, it showed that outsourcing provides great benefits to companies, such as cost savings, forward-thinking business, and reaching their goals. However, many companies are not reaping the benefits due to setting their sights way too low. Definitely a great study to know about because outsourcing can only produce positive results if both the "outsourcer" and "outsourcee" work together and a level of respect.

POPSObese People to Be Banned By Miss. Restaurants This is hysterical. I know I have an obese cousin who is eating himself to death. My aunt is aiding and abetting. Instead of not letting overly obese people in restaurants, they should force all of them to join Weight Watchers or wire their mouth shut. That was sarcasm for those who didn't know. I am tired how we are constantly trying to babysit people that are old enough to vote. They know the dangers of overeating, smoking, drugs, etc., so there is nothing we can do but let them realize the mistakes they are making on their own. It's ridiculous this bill was even thought up in the first place.

POPSTechnical Writers Still Rule I came across this article, and I had to post it. It is how Wikis and Technical Writers will combine to become a force to be reckon with. The article is great. Check it out!

POPSValentine's Day is Hell I haven't celebrated Valentine's Day since a boyfriend of mine gave me the cliche stuffed teddy bear, card, and Russell Stover's chocolates. He could have upgraded to Ghirardelli, Lindt, or Godiva. I think you should celebrate your love every day; not one Hallmark-designated day.

POPSPerfect Dates Might be Lousy Partners I think this might have some truth to it. My most perfect dates turned out to be emotionally unavailable, while my so so dates or dates where something crazy happened were the best people.
