     I know that Weight Watchers have been in the weight loss industry for many years, but that's all I know. I found this little clip on a blog, that describes the essence of it. Have any of you tried it and which results have you obtained?

     I have never tried it, but I have heard a few people talked about it and most of the commentaries have been positive. Has any of you tried it? What experiences do you have?

     This article pinpoints the fact that no every weight loss diet fits ever person who wants to lose weight, which means each person must chose the diet that fits her or him best after an overall consideration. This can only be done by trial and error. I think the best tip was the one I clipped; Avoid weight loss diets that sound too good to be true; they probably are.

     This is an article showing some back-sides of weight loss dieting. I have come to that a lifestyle without dieting is better than constantly being on roller-coaster with regard to my weight.

     I have tried so many weight loss diets in my life that didn't work, I have lost my fait in them. The South Beach Diets however, is one of the best if not the best I've tried. So all of you other overweight people should give it a chance if you haven't tried it already.
