among so many amazing musicians of Brazil i have chosen this special one maybe because he is not of those big shiny names and yet one of the best. With his unique mastership in a huge variety of genres he is always humble, and playful like a child. do not miss at least the beginning of last vid. where you can see also the samba de gafieira dancing ...... -))

i have a short confession -)) i do have a grain of a deep sentiment to this locus -)) i was staying there 4 awhile 20 years ago ... there was no electricity, no flowing water but from a far away well, there was some few houses of fishermen and very few tourist. beautiful seashore amazing pure white dunes hosting some blue-turquoise lagoons. a lot of music & of course the traditional sexual dance called Forro. It seems a bit different today (from the vids))) .. yet some still claim it is a very high approximation to Paradiso .............. ;-)

Welcome to the Earth as Art Gallery. Here you can view our planet through the beautiful images taken by the Landsat-7 satellite - and most recently, the Terra Satellite's Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER). This gallery of images uses the visceral avenue of art to convey the thrilling perspective of the Earth that satellites provide to the viewer.

"But advertising and business groups regard the legislation as injurious to society and an affront to their professions. They say that free expression will be inhibited, jobs will be lost and consumers will have less information on which to base purchasing decisions. They also argue that streets will be less safe at night with the loss of lighting from outdoor advertising."
