Does the presence of Vice President Dick Cheney's Wife and other staff members in the secure Presidential Emergency Operations Center bunker before 9:25 A.M. on 9/11/01 indicate that the VP knew that something extraordinary and dangerous was going to be happening that morning and that they needed to be in a secure place?
