Err. Me. (Taps microphone nervously.) Um, guy walks into a bar...? No, no, do OVer...

Well... I write. I draw, if not nearly as well as I write. I manage a nonprofit art gallery, volunteer for backstage theater work when I can, and crank out newsletters for my church's recovery ministry. I read all sorts of odd books and badger friends into long discussions about them. I occasionally indulge in role-playing games and renaissance fairs, and among my more spectacular failures are fencing, belly-dancing and singing onstage -- no, not all at once, which would be truly spectacular in its badness and not for the faint of heart.

I spend way too long on the computer every day, but I also like to hike and go camping, not that you can tell from my skin color, which is Scots-Irish white with a load of freckles thrown on top. I also play the piano and the alto sax, not too badly, and I play acoustic guitar very badly indeed and am quite proud of it. I'm a cat person, but I love dogs too. I like to cook and I make a mean latte.

The blog's old but hopefully interesting as far as it goes. Same for the photos, which are mostly posters I made for the gigantic RPG poster thread on rpg.net. That thread was started with the understanding that any copyrighted images used in those posters were borrowed for only temporary, nonprofitable fun, so please respect that if you download any images I have at flickr. The last thing I want to do is encourage copyright infringement!

Just starting out, so don't really know yet. But the convenience got me interested, and seeing that Clipmarks has created a community just increased that interest, since I'm a sucker for cultural anthropology. So we'll see where this goes....
