POPSWhy do you write these strong WOMEN characters? "We need equality, kinda now." People don't *expect* a strong leader to be female. As a result, her gender always seems to be her most remarkable trait--it undermines her abilities, her confidence, and everything else that would otherwise be noted had she been born male.

Unfortunately I found it impossible to clip in a way that would bring out the important points he makes to their fullest extent. Please read the entire piece at the link above. It certainly will have you thinking about where the priorities of country are leading us, and make you wonder if we really do not deserve to be ripped off as Matt says.

POPSAsian Americans Are People, We Get Offended! A list of Asian American terminology, both bad and acceptable ones, as well as a couple of things to keep in mind. I would personally add that you should not immediately come to the conclusion that we are all Chinese, but that's just me.
