POPSFix for ntldr Vista/Windows7 dual-boot system

 Its simply but can be difficult with XP/Linux dual boot I use my system recovery disk reinstalls ntldr and boot loader just fine. Not sure has this works with Vista/Windows7. Any suggestions from my peeps?
