Besides this is old new as they've used it in other wars. Always remember that the West via International Banking Organizations like the Bank of International Settlements " the father of all banks" actually funded the Soviets during the last "Cold War". This is published and accepted, and very worth while doing some research on. The entire exercise is to scare people and to terrorize the public into giving up their liberties.
