     Now you can add your own chat theme in the latest Google Talk. Just put the files in x:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Google Talk\themes\user\chat,and then select it in Settings-Appearance-Chat Theme you can see a preview here http://www.flickr.com/photos/runaway/127722076/
