POPSIsrael Launches New Propaganda campaign 'Hasbara' Several pro-Israeli public relations organizations also work for Hasbara and are involved in intensive letter-writing and talk-back radiocall campaigns aimed at challenging any views critical of Tel Aviv. POPSAmerican citizen shoted in the head by Israeli Soldier If it had happened at a government protest in say, Syria, we would have been all over it by now. Front page. "SYRIAN TROOPS OPEN FIRE ON AMERICAN!" Newly formed ties might be severed. Consequences would be had. Syria might and probably would apologize for the accident, but Americans wouldn't know or care. But since it was Israel that did it, nobody asks for an apology.
