Do a search online. Learn more about how to stop child abuse. Ask a survivor of child abuse what you can do to help them feel valued and safe. Give your child a hug and tell them you love them. Tell them they can come to you to talk about anything.

POPSIt Feels Good Sometimes I think all that bad crap is the stuff that tends to stick with you the most but that is underestimating the power of a sincere compliment. Not only is it a gift to the other person, it is a gift to yourself. :)
