POPSWe Can't Take It Any More~Are You People Out Of Your Minds? Here's some video (1:03) of the most powerful man in the Senate talking to the "please don't be anti-Semitic out loud any more" Kos community The Democratic party is beholden to a base that treats Israel as a pariah committing a modern-day Holocaust against poor and defenseless Palestinians. No amount of inside baseball sophistication can alter this basic fact. Democratic politicians must represent and placate anti-Israel lunatics. But seriously - gleefully supporting today's Democratic party? What happened to your self-respect? Or, for that matter - what happened to your sense of basic decency? The Democratic base is anti-Jewish and the Democratic party has a platform antagonistic to the Jewish State. Honestly, this is not that complicated. Iranian Holocaust Cartoon Contest video (2:06)

POPSLa Times holding back video of Barack So why is the Times sitting on the videotape of the Khalidi festivities? Given Obama's (preposterous) claims that he didn’t know Ayers that well and was unfamiliar with Ayers’s views, why didn't the Times report that Ayers and Dohrn were at the bash? Was it not worth mentioning the remarkable coincidence that both Obama and Ayers — the “education reform” allies who barely know each other … except to the extent they together doled out tens of millions of dollars to Leftist agitators, attacked the criminal justice system, and raved about each others books — just happen to be intimate friends of the same anti-American Israel-basher? (Despite having watched the videotape, Wallsten told Gateway Pundit he “did not know” whether Ayers was there.)

POPS It's A Party! -- Kinda' [& NO Applause for Ahmadinejad] While the United States and Israel left their ambassadorial seats empty, here is the Jew-hatred greeted by enthusiasm at today’s U.N. In its entire history, the United Nations General Assembly has never adopted a resolution dedicated to denouncing and combating the scourge of antisemitism in all its forms. Now we know why. Less than half of U.N. members are fully free democracies and among them there is no consensus that discrimination and demonization of Jews and the Jewish state is wrong. On the contrary, at the U.N. vicious antisemitism is met by a round of applause. — Anne Bayefsky is a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute and at Touro College. POPSWhen Journalist LIE, Innocence Dies! Rarely since the WW2 has a people been so vilified as the Palestinians. Rarely has a people been so frequently excused and placated as the Israelis. Israeli embassies are now buttonholing editors around the world, saying that it's not fair to call Israel's PM "hard-line". And the reporters are falling into line. ... R Fisk I think he should know.

POPSIsraeli Death Squads: Nobody does it better I hope not one more person complains about death squads anywhere in the world while leaving out the death squads of Israel (which they usually do). When it comes to death squads and false flag operations, nobody on the entire planet does it better than god's chosen conscienceless murderers and thieves.

POPSNakba(h) day in pictures It was a day of grief for Palestinians, who refer to the founding of Israel as the Catastrophe, or al-Nakba. Thousands took to the streets to commemorate those exiled or killed in the conflict that followed the creation of the state of Israel in 1948. More than 700,000 Palestinians fled or were expelled, their property was expropriated and they have not been allowed to return. Nearly 5 million Palestinians and their descendants still live in makeshift refugee camps across the neighbouring region.

POPSHolocaust Retribution to finance Zionism. "Zionists used the Holocaust in order to attain reparations, the Holocaust doesn’t interest them. They use the topic of the Holocaust cynically by exploiting it as a tool with which to establish a country and receive money, but nothing more than that.”

POPSHabitat For Hamas Please support us in our efforts to legitimize Hamas, they are much more than just a terrorist organization. Habitat for Hamas will help with Hamas families housing problem, despite the group’s stated commitment to the violent destruction of the state of Israel, because you can’t always get prerequisites adopted by other people before you even grovel and beg.

POPSUri Avnery on William Polk's book "Violent Politics"
An army officer is a technician, trained to fulfill a particular job. That job is irrelevant to the struggle against a liberation movement A general does not understand the essence of a national insurgency, and therefore does not come to grips with its rules. For example, a general measures his success by the number of enemies killed. But the fighting underground organization becomes stronger the more dead fighters it can present to the public, which identifies with the martyrs. A general learns to prepare for battle and win it, but his opponents, the guerrilla fighters, avoid battle altogether. When the occupiers impose collective punishment on the population, they just reinforce their hatred and their mutual assistance. When they succeed in capturing or killing the leaders of the liberation struggle, other leaders take their place SO WHAT can we do ? reach a political settlement that both sides can live with and profit from. And get out.

POPSStarving GAZA Rats bit Hand that doesn't Feed them!
"Three Palestinian resistance groups have claimed responsibility for the Dimona bombing, including the Al-Aqsa Martyrs brigades, an off-shot of Fatah, led by President Mahmoud Abbas, the Abu Ali Mustafa brigades, the armed wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and a new group called the national resistance brigades. In a joint statement, faxed to the press, the three groups named the suicide bombers as Mosa Arafat from Khan Younis, and Loay al-Aghwani from Gaza city. Al-Aqsa Martyrs brigades, Fatah's armed wing, held a press conference in Gaza, stating that today's attack is a part of Palestinian resistance operations which will continue "as long as the Israeli occupation continues attacks on the Palestinian people." Abu Alwalid, spokesperson of the Al-Aqsa brigades, speaking to reporters on Monday said, " we confirm that this operation has been already planned since December of last year, and it was about to be carried out on December 20th, yet it has bee

POPSPA renews policy of shaving beards Amazing. There is a lot we don't know about Islam. If it was good enough for Arafat, it must be good enough for Abbas. Interestingly, going to jail must be a badge of honor; along with killing innocent people....Arab, Israeli, anyone... and raising your children to do the same.

POPSAbbas: Now is the moment of truth for Palestinian statehood I certainly agree that 'now is the time' if they have any genuine wish for a *state* and peace. Now whether Jerusalem would be their capital...that's another matter. Arafat threw away this opportunity. And even now, I doubt that it will ever happen; but if it were to happen...well, how serious are they? I don't believe, for a minute, that Hamas or Hezbollah would allow Abbas to make any real progress. Arabs in Israel/Palestine....what do you really want? Choose.

POPSArafat memorial erupts into gunfire in Gaza It's sad, but no big surprise. My first thought was: How appropriate to memorialize Arafat with terror and fighting. His legacy lives on. As I said before, and people expect Israel to lived along side of them *peacefully*? They're killing each other and it's not about Israel, the US, poverty, the Temple Mount, etc.... This just seems like what they do. I wish there was a way to scoop the innocents out and then just let these factions fight it out.
