POPSRadio Paradise - listener-supported eclectic online radio My very favorite online radio station. Bill Goldsmith is an old-time radio DJ, from back in the day when programming a sequence of songs that flowed from one to another was an important skill. They play a wide variety of music from all kinds of genres, from blues to folk to punk to alternative to classical to world music to... I'm running out of genres that I know the names of! ;-) Good stuff. Tune in and give it a try. If you're not in sync with the mood he's got going on the first time you listen, check back later. I don't know why the graphics aren't showing up in the clip. *sigh*

POPSWhere mathematic and art meet - Fractal art ..inspirational "A fractal is generally “a rough or fragmented geometric shape that can be split into parts, each of which is (at least approximately) a reduced-size copy of the whole,” a property called self-similarity. The term was coined by Benoît Mandelbrot in 1975 and was derived from the Latin fractus meaning “broken” or “fractured.” -Wikipedia

POPSBWC winner (CG art) This awesome picture won the blender world cup! I love it, it's so detailed and pretty. It's become my desktop wallpaper, weew. I reccomend using the link to see the picture, as the one shown here is a little low res. Enjoy! If you were wondering, Blender is an open-source, free 3D graphics program, and is niftier than a swiss army knife with a pwn attachment. If you're into CG, why not check it out at: www.blender.org
