Homophobia Just Under the Surface
zasel
by zasel  6-10-2007    4
What a shame. Here is an area of New Jersey, that on the surface seemed to be perfectly comfortable with its gays residence, without exception. However, once gay rights became enshrined into law, the surface cracked and out flowed hateful discrimination based on homophobia. Talk about thin skinned support and values.

Ctrl,Alt,Del if you've heard this joke before
pokkets
by pokkets  8-1-2007    2
Reminds me of a laugh track. Give computers a sense of humor ? A sense of humor is helped by knowing that something is funny, that there are others that agree, and the generally agree for the same reason. An expression of community. It can depend on the infectiousness of laughter. Some of the funniest jokes are about things that cannot be programmed. Like, when you had to be there. They don't need programmers who think they are comedians, they need comedians who think they can program. One big problem. Computers aren't funny hillarious, but sometimes they're funny peculiar, as in, funny how it crashed just before I did a backup.

Very comprehensive, thorough, easy to navigate and , best of all, it's totally free. I use this and love it. I can access it from work and home to log in what I eat. I go to a nutritionist and bring printouts from this site.. She is quite impressed.
