POPSBanksta's Paradise Amazing how the presidency of George W. Bush has turned so many webcomics into Political Cartoons

POPSDebt Soars under Bush Maybe the dems are big spenders and taxers, but this huge spend and cut taxes policy of the last few Republican administrations is disgraceful. "I will veto any bill with pork"-well you voted for one with pork, does that not count Senator?

POPSOnce Elected, Palin Hired Friends and Lashed Foes
Real Estate Agent as top of the State Division of Agriculture? Sounds a heckuva lot like "Your doin a fine job brownie". Of course that was when another rebubbacan, George Bush, appointed Michael Brown head of FEMA, our governments emergency response division to natural disasters and other emergencies. What was Michael Brown's qualifications? Before joining the DHS/FEMA, Brown was the Judges and Stewards Commissioner for the International Arabian Horse Association, (IAHA), from 1989-2001. After numerous lawsuits were filed against the organization over disciplinary actions , Brown was forced to resign Interviews show that Ms. Palin runs an administration that puts a premium on loyalty and secrecy. The governor and her top officials sometimes use personal e-mail accounts for state business; dozens of e-mail messages obtained by The New York Times show that her staff members studied whether that could allow them to circumvent subpoenas seeking public records. POPSSarah Palin - Shame on You There actually was a time when I was undecided. Putting Palin on the ticket pushed me over the edge. After this I am glad I will not support McCain. He has sold his soul for his shot at the Presidency.

POPSPresidential Candidate AGAINST the $700 Billion Bailout I understand people need money to live, but they need real money not more paper money made out of thin air. American's need leaders that can help them understand our Constitution and what real money is and how it can turn our country around. Baldwin was endorsed by Ron Paul on Sept 22. Although Baldwin is a pastor, he has consistently and rightfully spoken out against Bush and Congress. Check the party platform. Watch the video. Then decide.

POPSA Tale Of Two Economies "What is so brazen is they do not come in the dead of night to steal your money. They look you right in the eye and tell you that it is in your best interest.Their wars were not based on freedom but on money. You kids died so they could make more money and they looked you right in the eye while they took your kids too; wrapped a flag around them and milked them for as much oil revenue as they could get their hands on. There are two economies in this country. The haves and the have nots. The haves believe that the have nots exist for their benefit."

POPSMcCain Puts His Chips on PA, WI, and MN The problem with this strategy is that it's insane. Minnesota, for example, is so far from competitive that Politico's swing state map doesn't even list it anymore. I went to Electoral-Vote.com and got these numbers -- McCain is the lower number in each case: Minnesota - 54%-43% Pennsylvania - 50%-43% Wisconsin - 49%-43% Maybe PA and WI make sense, but MN? Seriously, I don't see the reasoning.

POPSMore Evidence of Sanctified Civil Liberty Violations
Border Agents are now allowed to search you and your car and belongings without evidence or suspicion of wrong doing. They can make copies of anything you have in your possession including laptops, cell phones, personal papers, diaries, date books, etc. What they do with this information ends up on government databases to be added to your very own file which, of course, you cannot access but every law enforcement agency across the country can, with or without a valid reason. If citizens were not aware that there are unethical individuals in law enforcement and scattered throughout the government who can access these files, and if we did not know that files get ‘lost’, and if we were not aware that computer files get hacked into, why would we worry? But these things have all become reality and pervasive. First Amendment rights are one of the last protections we Americans have against this government becoming a Fascist state. And since George W Bush was first elected, his gan

POPSHow Tenet Betrayed the CIA on WMD in Iraq Habbush explained to the British official that Saddam tried to maintain the impression that he did have such weapons in order to impress Iran. Suskind writes that the head of MI6, Richard Dearlove, flew to Washington to present details of the Habbush report to Tenet, who then briefed National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice. Soon after that, the CIA informed the British that the Bush administration was not interested in keeping the Habbush channel open, according to Suskind’s account.
