POPSfolding bike review: the Giant Halfway A few more foldies the writer likes: Again, there are many great folding bicycles on the market today, another sign that the bicycle industry is moving to better serve the commuter market. POPS3 Quick Apps for Resizing Images on the Fly Cropping, editing, resizing, and adding text to images are various actions that bloggers and photographers constantly perform. The most popular tools used to perform these actions range from high-performance products like Adobe Photoshop to the free-for-all Paint.NET and GIMP applications. However, the start-up times for these products can waste precious seconds if you only need to perform one action. Here are three great programs for Mac and Windows to resize images on the fly.

POPSAwesome Highligher The great thing about this is you can pick different colors & you can even put a virtual sticky note on there. Then, students can just print out the marked up page when turning in the assignment.
