POPSSo Rep. Grayson, Enjoy Your Fifteen Minutes, For You'll Soon Be Revealed As A Selfserving Hack
These brave people do this not because they have no other options, as Senator and noted idiot John F. Kerry has so condescendingly asserted. They do this because they love their country and are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice in order to help preserve it. Republicans and FOX News, unlike the Democrats and their enablers and fellow travellers in the old media, can truly appreciate the depth of this commitment and sacrifice, consequently, fight wars with the intent of winning them, so as not to sacrifice such courage and dedication in vain. They do this without specious and whining claims about “messes left by their predecessors”, or taking weeks to make a decision so as to be in line with however the alpha sheep have caused the winds to blow that particular week. In short, they believe in leadership, not self-aggrandizing speechifying into every open microphone about their troubles. Alan, put simply, you are a detestable human being and a small man.

POPSWith Al-Qaida Fading, Why Expand the Afghan War? Consider the testimony of Dr. Marc Sageman before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. On Oct. 7, he presented before the committee a long and meticulous examination of the nature and limits of the al-Qaida organization today, and of the groups associated with it, the people who belong to it, the nature and limits of its present situation, the real (and limited) success of its terrorist actions and projects during the years since its founding in 1988—especially during the eight years since the 9/11 bombings—and, finally, its strength and operational potential today.

POPSDying For Freedom - (Guinea) The Guinean Organisation for Defence of Human Rights put the toll at 157 people killed and more than 1,200 wounded. Guinea's interior ministry told the BBC that a total of 57 people died during the violence. Human rights groups say they have had reports of soldiers bayoneting people and women being stripped and raped in the streets during the protest. The opposition has accused the army of taking away some bodies to hide the scale of the violence. Capt Camara denied knowledge of sexual assaults, but admitted that some of his security forces had lost control. He said he was waiting to hear exactly how many people had died. "Frankly, it saddens me immensely. Frankly, it is very regrettable," he told French radio. Capt Camara said he had not yet decided whether to run for the presidency and was unsure what the correct move would be. There has been worldwide condemnation of the violence. Video at source.

POPSBombing the Moon? I say this is another level of undemocratic military nonsense thinly disguised as scientific research which The Great Mother finds dangerously foolish, wholely disrespectful of LIFE and in need of deep forgiveness by the Cosmic Being.

POPSDocumentary -The CIA And The Nazis A History channel documentary, that gives an insight into the inner workings of what went after WW2 and led up to the cold war and how the two are inter-connected, and also what happened to the thousands of Nazi's that were brought to America by the US military. The truth is, thousands of former Nazis, some of whom committed atrocities, went to work for the United States government without the public’s knowledge. During the war, their crimes ranged from overseeing slave labor camps to sending orphans to their deaths. After the war, they were on the US payroll either as scientists in America or as intelligence agents in Europe.
