How the Neocon-Christian Right Alliance Brought Down the House of Bush
Rasmus
by Rasmus  11-21-2007    4
  C. UNGER: I traveled undercover with Tim LeHay, who is the prophet of the "Left Behind" series. I traveled with him to the battlefield of Armageddon, where they believe the final conflict would take place. Megiddo is -- from Megiddo, we get the term Armageddon, where the final conflict will take place. And I was walking up the hill with LeHay and about ninety of his followers, and as you look over this spectacularly beautiful pastoral valley . They see that it will be filled with blood, the blood of as many as two billion people. And I talked with them about that, and they say there will be a river of blood, 200 miles long, about four-and-a-half feet deep. And I asked one of them when all this would take place. And they said, “Very soon, but not soon enough. Any day now.” So they see this fantasy is taking place, and this is sort of one of the horrific visions that is spelled out in the Book of Revelation.

As I documented in the excerpt from A Tragic Legacy published by Crooks & Liars, neoconservatives who seek to persuade the President of his obligation to wage war with Iran do so by appealing to his religous obligations to act against Evil and in service of his messianic self-perception as delivering "God's gift" to the world. As The Weekly Standard's Irwin Stelzer wrote about yet another right-wing gathering with the President earlier this year:

Palin: "Only Flag in My Office" is Israeli
blueridge
by blueridge  9-28-2008    12
So which "country first"? This is why she is McCain's running mate, as she bows to the neocon-Israeli agenda. Seriously, for those who defend her no matter what she does or says, blindly, what do you think of this statement which smacks of blatant flattery? You must conclude that she either (1) was mistaken in what she said (i.e. "she did not really mean that"), so she is unable to speak intelligently, or (2) she does mean it and therefore puts American and Alaska interests under that of the state called Israel and its militant Zionist agenda. Clearly she was trying to flatter and impress Peres, which is of course a form of lying for personal benefit, and not very Christian. Truly Palin is "AIPAC approved" and is a sycophant of the neocon agenda that McCain (and Lieberman) push. TRUSTWORTHINESS is something that has been lacking in Washington, and it appears that Palin is no "reformer" in that regard. (Again, not claiming that Obama is worthy either. He is not).

Putin on Bush: Bush "Not in Charge" of US Affairs
blueridge
by blueridge  9-12-2008    8
This is real interesting. Three things at least can be learned: 1. Putin is on to the neoconservatives, who have Bush's ear, and control him to a great degree. Putin is right: Bush is a Puppet President 2. Putin knows Cheney's influence over Bush, who is driving the Georgia-Russia and NATO-Russia neocon led conflict. Bush is stupid and easily manipulated to a large degree. 3. Putin is naive and stupid to separate Bush the man from Bush policies. He speaks against Russia now, therefore against Putin. Reason? Bush has the ability to make light and "charm" (for lack of better word) others into frivolity and laughter, but which is a decoy from his serious crimes and corrupt actions. I wrote earlier in regard to Russia, Bush treated Putin well at his ranch in Texas after 9/11 (which was an excuse for Putin to trample Chechnyans by branding them "terrorists"), but now he will stab him in the back (missile treaties around Russia for NATO).

Israel Involved in Plans of US Invasion of Iraq
righthand
by righthand  8-30-2007    8
Maj. Gen. Aharon Farkash gave an interview to Israeli television in which he said army intelligence had concluded that Iraq could not have nuclear weapons in less than four years. He insisted that Iran was as much of a nuclear threat as Iraq. Israeli strategists generally believed that taking down the Hussein regime could further upset an Iran-Iraq power balance that had already tilted in favor of Iran after the U.S. defeat of Hussein's army in the 1991 Gulf War. By 1996, however, neoconservatives with ties to the Likud Party were beginning to argue for a more aggressive joint US-Israeli strategy aimed at a "rollback" of all of Israel's enemies in the region, including Iran, but beginning by taking down Hussein and putting a pro-Israeli regime in power there. That was the thrust of the 1996 report of a task force led by Richard Perle for the right-wing Israeli think tank the Institute for Advanced Strategic and Political Studies and aimed at the Likud Prime Minister Binyamin Neta

Confirmed: 1 Million-plus Iraqi Citizens Killed since 2003 Invasion
blueridge
by blueridge  1-29-2008    6
"Operation Iraqi Freedom"? For saving Iraqi's from tyranny, the U.S. war machine has sure killed alot of them. This research firm now has provided further confirmation of similar previous research on deaths of Iraqis. They were not "insurgents" or "terrorists" either. Unjust war is in fact murder, and blood-guilt is upon all who applauded the invasion and war, even under the meaningless slogan of "support our troops". The U.S. invasion of Iraq was a slaughter, and people should lookup Fallujah as an example of indiscriminate killings, and consider how Americans would react if another country invaded us for "regime change", and whether they would bow to occupation and invasion or plant IEDs themselves.

Nuclear Israel Likely to Attack Iran on False Claims
blueridge
by blueridge  11-8-2007    15
Israel possesses a nuclear arsenal supplied by the U.S.. Iran does not. Israel has attacked Lebanon and Syria. Iran has never attacked anyone. The U.S. has attacked two countries. Iran is developing nuclear power, not nuclear weapons. Iran has a right to self defense. Iran has never threatened to militarily attack Israel, only rejected the political legitimacy of the Zionist state arbitrarily carved out of Palestine by the UN under pressure of WWII. (Erased from a political map, not bombed into annihilation). Yet the corporate media does not want you to know these naked facts, but fully supports the Israeli, neoconservative, Bush-Cheney rhetoric of Iran starting a "nuclear holocaust"--a pack of blatant lies just like WMD in Iraq. Israel it appears will start this war, and the neocon Bush-Cheney administration wants them to before their term is up. War time always has improved political ratings also and could give the neo-republicans a boost over Ron Paul and the rest.

Israel Behind Georgia's Invasion of S. Ossettia
blueridge
by blueridge  9-1-2008    2
This in Israeli press, but not in the U.S. MSM. Of course it was a Hezbollah leader who has exposed this truth and of course will be denounced. But the facts remain true and easily verified. Israel (and the neocons, Cheney had a man in Georgia prior to the war) were behind Georgia's invasion (and murder of civilians) of South Ossetia who declared independence from Georgia over a decade ago. What the Hezbollah leader says (mocking Israel) is true, they stopped Israel's (unjust) war against Lebanon (bombing 70 percent of the country's infrastructure in a "disproportionate response") which was part of a neocon-Israeli plan for a "new middle east". Russia stopped the neocon-Israeli plans for the recapture of Ossetia.

Bush Wants $1 Billion to Georgia for Attacking South Ossetia
blueridge
by blueridge  9-6-2008    4
The NYT finally admits that Georgia was the aggressor: "fighting that began on the night of Aug. 7 when Georgia tried to establish control over a breakaway region, South Ossetia, only to be driven back by Russian forces". And to put that $1 billion figure in perspective the articles says: The aid would dwarf the $63 million the United States provided to Georgia last year, roughly a third of it for training its soldiers, police officers and border guards. Excluding Iraq, the infusion would make Georgia one of the largest recipients of American foreign aid after Israel and Egypt. That Dick Cheney was "sent" by Bush is indicative of the neocon agenda. Georgia did not attack without US or Israeli knowledge, but with their full support. So in essence, the US is to pay $1billion to Georgia for a defeated military invasion and attempt to capture South Ossetia--i.e. for a proxy war.

How to Start War with Russia--101 (Lesson from the Neoconservatives)
blueridge
by blueridge  8-20-2008    11
Bush Implements Neocon Lesson: Have Condi go to all the satellite states and sign missile placement deals about 100 miles from Russia, then sit back and watch Russia "invade or attack its neighbor" to disarm the threat. Meanwhile, this is precisely what the US was provoked by from Russia in the Cuban Missile Crisis! Purpose? This is part of the neoconservative plan for "global hegemony" which Bush is now implementing just prior to leaving office, ensuring sparked conflict into the next presidency (which would also help McCain, although Obama is a CFR shill too), setting a continuation of the neocon agenda for another four to eight years. Early in his pResidency Bush met with Putin in blue jeans at his Texas ranch. Now he will stab him in the back as he leaves office. This is normal if one reviews US foreign policy since the 20th century and sets the stage for WWIII based upon dangerous absolute Alliances, as Condi refers to with Poland "as much as if it was a US territory"

Whose Iraq Predictions Have Come True?
sahara

The American people deserve better. Being asked to endorse such a farce is beyond insulting. Clearly, the rosy predictions of the neoconservatives from before the war are not coming true. Far from it! With a straight face, one official estimated the TOTAL cost of reconstruction in Iraq would be just $1.7 billion. Turns out that we spend more than that in ONE WEEK. Our friends are not pitching in to cover the cost. Expenses are not being covered by oil from a grateful and liberated Iraqi people. Rather, big corporate interests are benefiting, the price of oil has more than quadrupled, and the American economy is on its knees and sinking fast. No one predicted the exact course of this war before it started. But to continue to listen to the foreign policy advice of those that were the MOST off-base will only lead to more foreign policy disasters.

The entire article is highly reccommended for those that want to trace the GOP's post-9/11 "stumble into neoconservatism" from an insider's perspective. Bramwell's honesty and way with words are refreshing. Until recently, it has been almost impossible for me to speak candidly about the conservative movement, for it was my strange fate to serve as director and later trustee of the movement’s flagship journal, National Review. Earlier this year, at William F. Buckley’s request, I resigned both positions. I can therefore now declare what perhaps has oft been thought but never, at least not often enough, expressed. Notwithstanding conservatives’ belief that they, in contrast to their partisan opponents, have thought deeply about the challenges facing the United States, it is they who have become unserious.

AIPAC Agents Charged With Spying -- Rice and Neocons Subpoenaed
blueridge
by blueridge  11-3-2007    2
Look at how the media covers this story below on "Rice Subpoenaed"". Journalism 101 says you headline the main subject, not the peripheral subjects. Let's cut through the double talk on this article that treats Israel, AIPAC and Jewish agents with kid gloves. Headline should read: "AIPAC Charged With Spying -- Rice and Neocons Subpoenaed". Now that would sell newspapers! Now the article goes on to say (listen to this), the lobbyist received information from a "now convicted Pentagon official and passed it on..." (why not name him?). That would be Larry Franklin, no? This article is designed to save AIPAC's arse from a Second round of public humiliation. Look at the special treatment of the "news" for AIPAC! You have to look so close to see the real story here. Notice that two major neocons--Armitage and Wolfowitz are not mentioned in headline either, just Rice. (AIPAC is certain that the neocons will lie for them).

Orwellian inversion of values and facts: US-American and Israeli conservatives' mind-lock
Rasmus
by Rasmus  9-15-2007    1
Observers of Israel and its influence within the United States see a long trend toward ideological convergence between the two nations, especially in foreign policy, war, economics, and propaganda. One of the little-noted fundamentals of this growing affinity is a mutual and increasing need and desire to justify unjustifiable acts and obscure incriminating truths. Self-defense = Aggression Security = Promotion of insecurity Freedom = Denial of freedom Democracy = Apartheid Religious freedom = Religious exclusivity Prosperity = Poverty Legality = Lawlessness Peace = Continual war Peacemaking = Democracy = Unconstitutional oligarchy, collective punishment, and civil strife = Illegitimacy and probable failure of any agreements reached between Israel and its partners = Continual (land-grabbing) war. The public’s acceptance of these inversions creates what McMurtry calls an “occupation of consciousness” .

Lieberman Warns of a 9/11 in 2009 for McCain
blueridge
by blueridge  6-30-2008    3
Islamo propaganda from this Israeli-neoconservative democrat. Is it not more evident just who was behind 9/11 and the absolutely unproven claims that "Islamic extremists"--i.e. bin Laden who denied it, and 19 Muslims, half of which were proven alive afterward--did it? Who benefits from 9/11 and this propaganda more than Israel and the neoconservative agenda for a new middle east? We know who would be behind it if another occurs, the same behind the first one. For Lieberman to "predict" this demonstrates inside knowledge (if it happens) and a clear motive on his part for even desiring it to push the war agenda. Lieberman's argument is also entirely irrational. If Islamic extremists want the U.S. out of the middle east and wars halted, they would do nothing at all. There has been nothing prohibiting repeated terrorism if those blamed for 9/11 were true and Al Qaeda was not in Iraq. Motive, means, and opportunity point to the real perpetrators per criminology 101.

Contrast the media's "militant Islamists" versus Churchills' "terrorist Jews" in this eye-opening article written by him. Today what Churchill calls "international Jews" includes the neoconservatives and modern militant Zionists's ideology, including the Federal Reserve Banksters, World Zionist Congress, Bilderberg and other secret societies, including from which Freemasonry sprang (Churchill lists Weishaupt founder of Illuminatti), as well as the modern "Israel" he advocated for the cause of "Zionism" back then. The radical "international Jews" he refers to by their behavior and ideology, not their race, and calls them "terrorist Jews". Note he said the "world-wide conspiracy" was real, from which also "democracy" came ("impossible equality"), particularly starting with the bloody French Revolution where it was these kind of Jews that started the philosopy of mass murder of the Christian royalty and churches (albeit corrupt, not truly Christian), and fomented revolutions around
