POPSGory. Do NOT LOOK. Do NOT, unless you must! Israeli PM Ehud Olmert said the strike, which hit a civilian area, was the result of a "technical failure". "I'm very uncomfortable with this event. I'm very distressed." "I checked it and I verified it. This is not the policy,"

POPSIran DEMANDS UN Nuclear Inspectors in Israel!
"Some speakers continue to lie about the statement of the Israeli prime minister, who did not say what they say he did," said Israel. DOUBLE SPEAK ISRAELI LIES. Who believes that Israel has not nuclear weapons already. ZANANU? "This is strange; the Israeli prime minister acknowledged having nuclear weapons, now we hear that this is a lie."...Iran Ambassador "The only way for the international community to know the truth is to authorize the IAEA to send inspectors to Israel and verify the truth," OBVIOUS TRUTH. "We are seriously concerned about possession of nuclear weapons and non-accession to NPT. Non-aligned countries representing billions of people want an end put to this matter," "We want the IAEA to have access to Israeli nuclear facilities and report to the international community at large," Arab states resent the slowness of nuclear states to dismantle arsenals in keeping with NPT obligations, as well as Israel's cold shoulder to the treaty

POPSFacts Don't Impress Bush What an ignorant, biased, bigoted, ideologue. Do you people still want to elect a President that you could sit down and "have a beer with"?

POPSIsrael's NAZI Kingmaker: Russian, Israeli, French, Canadian, Angolan.
He travels on an Angolan diplomatic passport to avoid arrest. His Jerusalem soccer team has a notoriously racist, anti-Arab fan base. Chant of "Death to Arabs" are regular. He has said, "Any politician that I will support will be the prime minister." Yet a Knesset committee has openly took issue with his actions during the war, accusing him of acting entirely for political reasons. To his supporters, he is simply the natural result of an Israeli establishment that is so wrapped up in corruption and cronyism that it is unable to care for its citizens. One important opponent said, "There is a sense among some people," he said, "that democracy just didn't work for us, and we should be like the rest of the Middle East -- that we tried democracy and failed. He's an oligarch. Don't forget that a lot of his supporters are Russians. They're not familiar with democracy." Handling of Moscow News is widely viewed as hostile to free speech and raised questions about his ties to Russia.

POPS'Unavoidable' attack on Iran looms, says Israeli Minister. "I could not help myself. It is my nature." "Unavoidable" said the Zionists. Then the frog and the scorpion both sank into the muddy waters of the swiftly flowing river. Self destruction - "It's my Nature", said the Scorpion/Zionists, And just like in 1967 and at Pearl Harbour, the scorpion will strike first. "It's in my Nature" Then the 1967 oil crisis will have been a fireball compared to the glimmer we will have after the Zionist go nuclear. Like their glory in Samson, they'd finish us all off gladly to fulfil crazy predictions.

POPSRoad Map to Nowhere: Israel/Palestine Since 2003 Go to the source for a very insightful view of how and why the relationship between Israel and Palestine has deteriorated to the nightmarish state it is in today and what needs to be done to alleviate it before it is too late. Here's a bit more that needs to be heeded: "There is no place on earth that hasn’t at one time or another “belonged” to a different people than its current inhabitants, and no place other than Palestine where it even occurs to anyone to argue that the passage of two thousand years is irrelevant to judging current land rights. Far worse, by blinding the Israelis—and their equally unseeing supporters among diaspora Jews, especially in the United States—to the reality of the conflict, these childish arguments have had devastating consequences for the Israelis and the Palestinians alike."

POPSTalks of partitioning Jerusalem However A spokesman for Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert denied an assertion by an Olmert confidant that his government would support a partition of Jerusalem to help pave the way toward peace with the Palestinians. "The report is baseless and untrue," Baker said by telephone from Israel.

POPSMajority of Israelis 'want Olmert to go' The Israeli government came under increased pressure today with the publication of a newspaper poll showing that for the first time a majority want Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to resign over perceived failings in his handling of the war with Hizbullah.

POPSNBC Olympics Web Site Awards West Bank to “Palestine”
Today's Reuters story about Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's peace offer to the Palestinians gets wrong the basic history of Palestine. Under the proposal, Israel would return to the Palestinians some 92.7 percent of the occupied West Bank, plus all of the Gaza Strip In fact, it is impossible to "return" West Bank land to the Palestinians, as they never were the sovereigns of this territory. http://blog.camera.org/archives/2008/08/updated_reuters_rewrites_ruler.html Before 1967, when the West Bank came into Israeli hands, the territory was ruled (and annexed) by Jordan. Prior to that, it was under British rule. Before that, it was Ottoman territory. The Egyptians ruled for some time, as did the Mamluks, the Crusaders, Arab Caliphs, and a number of other ancient empires. But the Palestinians are not on this list. So while the West Bank could technically "return" to Jordanian or British sovereignty, it could not, however, return to Palestinian sovereignty.

POPSPalestinians kill 3; Israelis kill 112 UN Sec-Gen'l condemns "disproportionate and excessive use of force;" 1/3 of dead are children. If the FBI discovered your neighbor was a murder suspect, would it be OK for the FBI to bomb his house, waste his spouse and children, ruin half your house (and those of other neighbors) in the process, and leave your children writhing in the yard? USA, make them stop!

POPSSupporting Israel Is "God's Foreign Policy" “Israel — to walk where Jesus walked, to pray where Jesus prayed, to stand where he stood — there is no other place like it on earth,” Mr. Robertson says in the commercial, according to the Jerusalem Post' To make a scad of money from one's brain dead followers back home while doing so ... there's nothing like it on earth To be a total hypocrite ... there's nothing like being a Pat Robertson evangelical

POPSZionist Prove Carter Correct about Israeli Apartheid while putting his life in Danger! Is this a case of the Scorpion and Frog. Would the Zionist always bit the hand that feeds it? Would they always revert to type and display their fascist Apartheid policy. Or are they just ungrateful curs that are ungracious as host to the former president of the United States? Were they willing to put his life in danger in a war zone by refusing the request from US agents charged with guarding Carter. Such disrespect for America has not been shown since the Israeli IAF attacked USS Liberty, murdering 33 US servicemen.

POPSJunkies of War AFTER THE 25th day, the 26th will arrive, and so on and on. President Bush, who pushed us into this war to start with, is now pushing us to fight on ("Until the last Israeli soldier," as the saying goes.) Like Olmert, he lives in an imaginary world. Bush, Olmert and their like can incite and draw the masses behind them, until the call of "the Emperor is naked" finds receptive ears.

POPSIsrael ENews Poll Result: Dial M for Murder! Maybe it was the misuse of an expendable to provide Sarkozy with a memorable end to his visit and divert attention away from the normal Israeli PM corruption charges now pressing on Olmert. No? Well I certainly don't believe he deliberately shot himself in the head in public and then jumped off a roof!!! One bullet in the head normal prevents subsequent high jinks.
