POPSU.K. Woman Can't Use Frozen Embryo Every human should have the right to decide when or if their genetic material can be made into a child. It looks like this man did exercise that right when he chose to create zygotes and later, the embryos were frozen. For the courts to decide to destroy the life is actually a hairy situation. How many women,right now are pregnant by a man who may not want to be a father? The man has NO say in whether the women keeps the child or not. What is the difference here? The fact that the woman's embryo is not yet in her body so they say she has no say? If a man abdicates ownership rights when a woman is naturally pregnant, then why would a man somehow have the right to stop that same process just because of the location of the baby? And would this technically be considered a man aborting a child?
