POPSNeocon "Terrorism Expert" Warns of Anthrax, Coerces Agenda
The government never solved the anthrax attacks. It is clear that the evidence was planted, the letters from New Jersey said "Allah is great" and "take penicillin" and "Sept. 11th"--marks to mislead authorities to "Arab terrorists", attacks that were only made against leading Democrats in Congress (Daschle and Leahy)! Is it credible that "terrorists" would only attack leading Democrats, who resisted the PATRIOT ACT, until this happened? (Hint: This was done by secret third party to push the neocon agenda and legislation, a coercive act). Pay attention to who is warning us here. James Woolsey (former CIA chief) is a key neoconservative, member of the Project for New American Century, part of the secretive cabal that have hijacked the government since 9/11. Thiis "terrorism expert" is with a leading private contractor of the Pentagon who earns his living from your tax dollars, in order to spread propaganda (without evidence) and obtain Pentagon contracts-- a coercive warning[/

POPSDemocrats punishing Anti-war representatives In writing yesterday about MoveOn's alliance with Pelosi, I failed to highlight one fascinating factoid. While I mentioned that MoveOn's supposed polling of its membership was rather hinky, I didn't specify that the survey had simply omitted mention of the more liberal Woolsey alternative. Slime City.

POPSMcCain Team Strikes Back John McCain advisors James Woolsey, Kori Schake, John Lehman, and Randy Scheunemann held a conference call regarding Barack Obama’s comments, praising the 1993 world trade center bombing trial as a model for fighting terrorists. Bottom line: The McCain camp clearly sees this as an opening to argue that Obama is out of touch and dangerously naive about how to deal with terrorists. And if Obama really intends to make the 1993 trial the model for handling terror detainees he should be prepared for some tough questioning about the consequences of that option. The attackers only look incompetent when the attacks fail to do what the plotters had intended. It is not a good strategy to hope that attacks will fail. It is a dangerous tendency to minimize the potential of failed attacks and to write off the plotters as bumblers. http://www.weeklystandard.com/weblogs/TWSFP/2008/06/more_obama_confusion_on_terror.asp

POPSThe Wolf is Back; Neocons Control "Security" Policy The return of Wolfowitz to Bush government was missed by many. Dated December article, but very important. When you see "Security" think "war planning" instead. The pairing of he and James Woolsey (both of the infamous Project for a New American Century) in the same panel is an indication of "fixing the intelligence around the policy" to go to war again.

POPSOut of Iraq Caucus 81 members of the House of Representatives have signed on to a letter drafted by Out of Iraq Caucus Chairs Reps. Lynn Woolsey (D-CA), Barbara Lee (D-CA), and Maxine Waters (D-CA), to the White House, declaring that they will appropriate no more funds for this war except to redeploy and protect our troops. Please use this link to see if your representatives signed, if not you can send them an email -- good site for action. Let's go get them.

POPSChinese Take-out Builds Mansions in Fujian They respect us for our wealth, but do they despise us as parents? Do they want their children to be like our children? Do they respect our culture of rap music, rampant drunkenness and sex, and simple ignorance?

POPS"24": Life imitates art (sort of) According to author Judith Warner, a new book of essays on the TV series "24" shows how policymakers and military officials have been taking cues from Hollywood on how to do their jobs. Not only chilling, but surreal to boot.

POPSMcCain's Image Campaign: "I Hate War" (You believe me don't you?) Soft, sentimental music plays with this message. Playing now on a TV near you, including in small states like West Virginia as well as those listed as "battle grounds". This is quite a contrast to his "Bom, bom, bom...bomb, bomb Iran" to the Beach Boys segment here. Will the real John McCain please stand up? Going into war with Iraq had nothing to do with "keeping the country I love safe", whatsoever, unless you still believe Iraq was behind 9/11 and possessed WMD. These are neoconservative wars planned in advance of 9/11 and James Woolsey and Bill Kristol (key neocon and PNAC members) are among his advisers, and his foreign policy is called "rogue state roll-back"--i.e. more wars for democracy!
