A Balaton régió turizmusában tovább tart a nyári főszezonban beindult növekvő tendencia, ami páratlannak mondható a válság idején

A nem reprezentatív gyorsfelmérés azt mutatta, hogy az elmúlt hosszú hétvégén a megkérdezett tíz balatoni szálloda felében számottevően nőtt a vendégek száma a múltév nemzeti ünneppel és az iskolai őszi-szünetkezdéssel egybekötött hétvégéjéhez képest. A felmérésben résztvevő szállodák belföldi vendégeinek száma a kérdéses időszakban átlagosan 23,5 százalékkal, az összes vendégszám pedig 16 százalékkal haladta meg a tavalyi adatokat úgy, hogy az elmúlt évben négynapos, idén pedig csak háromnapos ünnep volt a vizsgált hosszú hétvége  - számolt be Dani Barbara, a Magyar Turizmus Zrt. Balatoni Regionális Marketing Igazgatóságának vezetője.
