آثار و تالیفات ابن سینا
تعداد تالیفات ابن سینا، اگر رساله های کوچک و نامه های وی را نیز به شمار بیاوریم، به 250 عدد بالغ می شود و تقریبا مشتمل بر همه موضوعاتی است که در قرون وسطی می شناختند.البته تعدادی از بهترین کتب ابن سینا در حمله ای که به اصفهان شد، از بین رفت.
بیشتر این آثار به زبان عربی نوشته شده و به ندرت در میان آنها تالیف به زبان فارسی هم وجود دارد؛ مانند" دانشنامه علائی" که نخستین کتاب فلسفی نوشته شده به زبان فارسی است.
در اینجا به مهم ترین آثار این سینا اشاره می کنیم:
  • کتاب شفا
این کتاب که مهم ترین اثر ابن سینا در حکمت و فلسفه می باشد، دارای چهار قسمت منطق، طبیعیات، ریاضیات و الهیات است. "الهیات شفا" یک دایره المعارف فلسفی است که در 18 جزء؛ شامل 10 مقاله در موارد زیر تحریر شده است:
اقسام موجودات، جوهر و عرض، ماده و صورت، وحدت و کثرت، تقدم و تاخر، قدم و حدوث، نوع، جنس، فصل، اقسام علل یا کیفیت صدور اشیا، مبداء و معاد، لزوم اطاعت از پیامبر و امام، سیاست و تدبیر منزل و اخلاق می باشد.
