Réseaux sociaux et management coopératif

Les réseaux sociaux augurent d'une nouvelle ère. Avec les NTIC, ils ont envahi notre quotidien, demain, ils s'intégreront dans l'entreprise... Au risque de bousculer nombre de pratiques individualistes, d'organisations hiérarchiques ou pyramidales et de renverser le traditionnel jeu du "je-nous".
