day to end all days; the dawn of a new age of horror, when
night came in the morning and the most depraved of all the
weapons used in the war, was unleashed upon her unsuspecting

people.

As her citizens, both military and civilian, went about their early morning activities, busily preparing for their day, travelling to work, riding in buses, travelling on trams, children on their way to elementary school, the temperature rose quickly to 28 degrees centigrade.
