POPS"(Didn't Know I Was) Unamerican" more lyrics: DIdn't know I hated my country For acknowledging the Truth This war is despicable profiteering At the expense of our youth And what I believe In Looks like heaven to me - All of humanity Living as community In relative harmony I know it's just a song But if the whole world sang along How much longer would it be this way?

POPSProtest and Revolution The Boston Tea Party Yet it was the meeting that took place on December 16, 1773 that sealed Old South’s fate as one of this country’s most significant buildings. On that day, over 5, 000 men crowded into Old South and joined in a fiery debate on the controversial tea tax. When the final attempt at compromise failed, Samuel Adams gave the signal that started the Boston Tea Party. The Sons of Liberty led the way dumping 342 chests of tea into the harbor at Griffin’s Wharf. If some people had their way, this would never had occurred, they would have been jailed preemptively and we'd be singing God Save the Queen.
