POPSAvoidable Tragedy I suppose it easy to be a Monday morning quarterback and find fault with the evident poor planning but one only needs to do a modicum of investigation and see that these types of events have a sad and long history of misfortune. POPSTiny Houses in Texas Talk about "cottage living!" These are really small! Interesting that the use of recycled lumber drives up the cost so much. I think the best use for these would be urban in-fill on micro-sized lots, or else as accessory dwelling units--mother-in-law apartments--in the backyard. Amazingly, they're quite livable!

POPSNice to see Somebody has Some Sense in the Bin Laden Family It is nice to see that somebody in the Bin Laden family knows that peace and not war is the way to defend Islam. Besides the Quran is the 'Book of Peace'. I will keep him in my prayers and pray that his efforts prove fruitful. At least, he doesn't take after his dad who prefers to kill then use peaceful methods. Omar should be praised for his efforts.

POPS?Bin Laden's Son? Offers Truce With The West And al Qaeda? It was during a desert horseback ride at the Pyramids of Giza that he met his wife. Their marriage in April made them tabloid fodder, particularly in Britain, where headlines touted the "granny who married Osama bin Laden's son." Alsabah, who has married five times, has five grandchildren. The couple has applied for a visa to Britain. And they are planning their endurance horse race across North Africa, which they hope to start in March. It is in the planning stages—they are seeking approval of governments along the route and need sponsors to help pay for the event and raise money for child victims of war.
