It’s enough to make you weep. There’s another photo of the statue covered with taped signs at Pundit Press. Some young women sit next to it, smiling. http://bit.ly/mYiUPT What message are they trying to convey, that a guy simply trying to make a living should give up and sleep in a park, in his own filth, while relying on the kindness of strangers for his sustenance? Since when is going to work for a living something to be scorned? It’s telling that they don’t really like having their own personal property stolen, but they have no problem defacing the property of others. It’s even more disgusting when it’s property that seemingly belongs to everyone – a symbol of a day when so much was lost. I have tears in my eyes just thinking about it. If they have their way, nothing will belong to anyone, we’ll all be living in stinking chaos, hoping we don’t get raped . Tell Joe Biden to put that rape analogy in his pipe and smoke it .
