And if he does, I think he commits a kind of fraud not only on the court but on the system. He undermines respect for the rule of law by pretending to be what he is not. Ogden has a history of arguing leftist, anti-family positions just about whenever he gets the chance. He should be bound by those positions. Because of his apparent total lack of inner moral conviction and his admitted eagerness to say or do whatever his clients tell him, no matter how outrageous, he cannot be trusted any more than tax cheat Tim Geithner can be trusted as Treasury Secretary. Ogden should not be confirmed as Deputy Attorney General. After that, U.S.Supreme Court Justice?????
