Maybe it isn't the new trans-fat, but as this scientist says, "High-fructose corn syrup just doesn't exist in nature." I have recently heard that scientists have begun to think that all artificial sweeteners cause an unnatural craving for more sweets. I don't care what they say - if it doesn't occur in nature, I don't think you should eat it.
