POPSLow-Carb Diet Best for Weight, Cholesterol I couldn't get it all to clip, but it was very interesting. While I don't have a weight problem, cholesterol is a genetic problem. Jeezz...I have to do more research. While I can resist every single sweet, dessert around... I love every carbohydrate that is available.

POPSThe Rapid Weight Loss Diet Everybody is raving about.. Since the Atkins diet, I have yet to see a weight loss plan more popular worldwide than this one. It has been around for a few years now and it works. The reason is simple; it's fun and different from other plans. If you really want to lose weight, like I; this is the ultimate weight loss method.

POPSAtkin's Diet Study - Not what the AMA wanted to see The study showed those on the Atkins Diet not only lost the most weight on average, but they also did the best for measured good cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure, and did not have any differences in bad cholesterol. My opinion, find a diet that allows you to lose weight, but also eat right on it. Get out an exercise as well if you really want to be healthy.

POPSGoogle tells you what to have for dinner Cookin’ With Google allows you to provide a list of ingredients (what’s in the fridge?) and get back a list of recipes that Google finds for you. This tool doesn’t require a Google API key, so use it as often as you like. Judy Hourihan had the great idea of Cookin’ with Google. Thanks Judy! Right now Cookin’ with Google will find you recipes in several different categories, including: * General * Vegan/Vegetarian * WorldWide Cuisine * Atkins Diet * Diabetic * Seafood * Crockpot
