POPSDomestic Terrorists for McCain Wow, you whip your crowds up into a frenzy of hatred and then stuff like this happens -- who could ever have foreseen that? You've got people booing you when you tell them not to hate Obama, you've got terrorists mailing threats to newspapers and campaign offices -- what are you going to do about this John? Is this really how you want to go out?

POPSPolice raid "baby farm" in Nigeria Unmarried mothers face exclusion from society, our correspondent says. Abortion is illegal except in rare cases, and illegally obtained abortions are very dangerous. In May, a Nigerian woman was jailed in the UK for trying to smuggle a baby into the country in order to get on the list for a council flat. Police have not been able to trace the child's real parents.

POPSHappy Earth Day Nader/Gonzalez!
There's no denying the Laws of Nature - the only way to get the harvest you want is to plant the right seeds. It's springtime in my hometown of Akron, Ohio. The robins, finches, bluejays and cardinals are busy building nests. The buds are opening so quickly on the dogwood tree outside my window that it is almost detectable to the naked eye. The redheaded woodpecker high atop the tree laughs his Woody laugh and I spot him quickly. The tiny fresh blades of grass gingerly poke their heads up through the dirt like the delicate babies that they are, preparing for their future of being wriggle material for children's toes. Spring has sprung! We have had a long, snowy winter, but now it is time for me to get to work. I'm a web developer/mom by day, and amateur gardener by night. Gardening isn't easy for me, and I've spent quite a few years watching the masters before I gave it a try. When I was a child, my grandparents grew enough good fresh food to feed their family as well as the exte

POPSForensic spotlight cast on Bach's music Of course there must have been a reason Bach would have wanted to write, it's one thing to have the Talent but there needs to be a reason for Music rather than Just the Music it's self. POPSTerrorist Attack on American Soil Would it surprise anyone that the republicans are behind this? That war machine doesn't know where or how to stop. They inflict false fear everywhere and now this. This is really bugging me. This article is originally entitled... Muslim Children Gassed at Dayton Mosque After "Obsession" DVD Hits Ohio. If you like the movie Obsession, check out The Power of Nightmares. Where did the fear that perpetrated this crime come from? Put down the remote and step away from the TV. While pastors are motivating their flocks to come back to church next week they ought to throw in a message on 1 John 2:6 "the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked."

POPSDid anti-Muslim documentary spur Ohio mosque gassing? Cont... Chris Rodda, who serves as senior research director for the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF), has drawn attention to the attack and speculates that it may have been inspired by the distribution last week, through mailings and newspaper inserts, of millions of copies of a "fear-mongering, anti-Muslim documentary" called Obsession: Radical Islam's War Against the West.

POPSFlickr has Porn
As a Flickr member I can opt out of seeing pictures by people who post nude or pornigraphic pictures...but I wonder, who else is looking at them? Should I worry that my granddaughter who is 13 years old may mosey on into one of these porn sites on what I thought was mostly used for sharing family photos, like new babies, picnics in the park and pictures you took during vacation....I also know that some pictures of children are being stolen and used in ads or blogs....I found one of my pictures of my 3 day old grandson on a wordpress.org blog where they talk about having cancer. You can imagine my shock, when I saw his picture displayed (he was yawning and if you didn't know it, he looked more like he was crying in pain)....Evidently the author was trying to lure readers who want to see someone (in this case babies) suffering and in pain...I immediately set the picture to private...when I last checked the image was gone, but my name over it is still there, with a link to my Flickr
