POPSVeterans Occupy Natioanl Archives, Again Members of Veterans for Peace (VFP) chose the Archives for their nonviolent protest because it is symbolic of their military oath to "defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic." In September they occupied the Archives for 24 hours, and plan to stay longer this time. Semper fi. Good luck to you all.

After things settled down, the blasphemy ended, the lewd props removed and the families safe from fear of additional men and women running into and past them the pastor took the stage and led the congregation in one more prayer... not for retribution, or divine justice or a celestial comeuppance (that's what I'd have prayed for) but instead that the troubled individuals who'd just defiled the Lord's house, so full of anger and hate, would know Jesus' love in their lives and God's peace that exceeds human understanding. Yesterday morning defined the difference between a church of believers and Michigan liberals. It also illustrated in shocking, painful detail precisely what we're up against.

POPSAt UN - Overywhelming Majortity Supports Obama
This is good. It would seem to many, as pointed out in this clip, that Obama "would usher in a new agenda of multilateralism " Um....I noticed the delegation from Russia is included in the 10 nations they actually mention. But I've read elsewhere a few times that -- Yes -- even most Russian people on the street like Obama more than McCain. BUT -- If asked a broader question not just about pick either Obama or McCain...you get a different answer, which is: #1 - They don't think it will change USA policy towards Russia #2 - They hate America...this hate has been growing (Perhaps due to trying to steal the Caspian Sea Oil, Poland missile site, only always pro-Israel, against their near neighbor Iran, etc) I guess this points to another weakness of polls, which have been so wild in this years elections, indicating one way than another. In this case with Russia it seems their real opinion is: "go *uck yourself; we're sick of you; but Obama is better." Still, This is a nic

POPSU.N. prays for Obama win Isn't it odd that all of our enemies fervently hope that Obama wins the election? (al Qaeda is using reverse psychology in their support of Obama). The U.N. basically exists to give third world despots a global platform and an attempt at influencing the superpowers. In essence they all feel Obama would be weak and compliant.. and that's what the world and our enemies want - a weakened U.S. Vote for Obama at your peril.

POPSBanner fiasco. AU responds with reason. This is a great take on this banner issue. The judge shouldn't allow the banner, but the judge was justified because the school allows other 'personal religious' messages. Answer, the school needs to ban ALL religious messages, save for social study classes.
