POPSHow to Ruin the US Economy A top 10 list from Ben Stein! Everyone is an expert when looking through the rear-view mirror. But things do look obvious in hindsight.

POPSReality Intrudes Most rational people will see through Ben Stein's false argument as portrayed in his failed "documentary" Expelled. For those poor souls that still buy into his Intelligent Design BS, here's a bit of a reminder that the entire basis of the ID movement is founded on lies, half-truths, and religious dogma.

POPSIDers Bilk Public If it weren't for the special consideration given to Evangelical groups to attend this love fest for the uninformed this propaganda film would have been a total flop.

POPSA Rational Review One can hope that Ben Stein can now be laid to rest as a fraud, a liar, and a snake oil salesman. One would also hope that the mental health profession would lend their services and have counselors on hand after viewing this drivel to reintroduce the viewers gently back to reality.

POPSBen Steiin - Hate Monger Sometimes the worst case scenario occurs. Here's an example of just that. If you're not aware, Stein's movie, Expelled, conflates evolution with Nazi's and death camps. Of course, by doing so he demonstrates his utter lack of understanding of both subjects but this doesn't seem to matter to him one way or the other. Pretty despicable.

POPSReligious Fantasy Contrary to what you might hear, the Ben Stein movie Expelled is not based on science. It is a propaganda film promoting the fake controversy over evolution. Admittedly, the majority of people in the US actually believe this nonsense. It seems that they are also willing to contribute to this BS so they can justify their creationist dogma. I'm beginning to hear the banjo track from "Deliverance" being hummed by the masses. Looks like the importation of scientists is going to be the new growth industry in the US soon.

POPSExpelled the movie Expelled from public debate? Could it be true that proponents of Darwinism are militant in their views? Could it be any opposition to this THEORY is being met with violence and censure? Who is more vocal about their religion anyway, the Darwinists or the Christian? Makes one scratch their head in wonderment.

POPSSexpelled: No Intercourse Allowed Funny little video mocking the "documentary" by the self-proclaimed intellectual Ben Stein. Don't waste you money on the Stein movie. Sit back and enjoy the short clip here instead. They both hold the same weight.

POPS"Repelled" Opens Soon While this "documentary" has been widely panned by many people it will have to be the misinformed and scientifically ignorant that save it. Considering the gullibility of the American public and their abysmal understanding of science and evolution I wouldn't be too surprised if this hatchet job did better than expected. Though, I would be extremely disappointed in the level of intelligence and lack of judgment in the movie going public.

POPSBaby Boomers - From Nest Egg to Goose Egg Ben Stein and Phil DeMuth talk a lot of sense about protecting your retirement nest egg if you have managed to accumulate one. The website lays out the things you should be concerned about if you are about to retire. The one thing that is critical though is, don't suffer a large loss as you begin your retirement if you can possibly help it. http://www.phildemuth.com/

POPSAnti-Evolution Film Stirs Controversy Many of the reader's comments are more interesting than the article. For instance, here's one: ALL those "scientists" who are persecuted for believing "out of the box"? You know what, where are you tests you've preformed to PROVE Intelligent design? What Experimets did you preform? What results did you find that support your hypthesis of their being a designer? huh? Where are they? .... Oh wait.. you don't have any? You just "believe" that what HASN"T been explained by science yet must be something else??? Hmm.... Sounds like your saying "Whatever hasn't be figured out (yet) MUST be God!! Or this: "Unfortunately I feel it's pretty hard to have an honest discussion on the topic of origin these days because it seems that so few people are capable of accurately representing or fairly treating the arguments of anyone who sees it differently."

POPSBen In The Lions Den
This film makes the argument that Darwinism can lead to something like Nazi Germany. Stein: Darwinism said, and it was quickly picked up enthusiastically in Germany, that there were certain species that were superior to other Steinspecies; and even within those species there were certain smaller groups that were superior to other groups; and all were competing for a scarce supply of food and resources and that if you let the inferior race have a big share of the food and other resources, there was less left for the superior race and therefore the superior race would not evolve to be as powerful as quickly as it should. You owe it to the master race to kill the inferior races. This was explicitly a part of Nazi ideology. … It is explicitly the basis of Nazi ideas of killing races and species and parts of the human race that they considered inferior – Jews, Gypsies, Eastern Europeans, all different kinds of people they considered inferior, competing with them for the basics of life.

POPSThe Astonishing Ignorance of Ben Stein It takes little effort to anyone who is even slightly knowledgeable about science to look at this interview and quickly determine that both of these men are astonishingly ignorant on the subject of evolution. The sole conviction they share is a concern that science will erode their faith in their "god did it" beliefs. How embarrassing for them. I didn't expect much from O'Reilly but was surprised by Ben Stein's stupidity.
