POPSForum Mania I believe Pbforum was trying very hard to suck me into there Web of Fourms today....Wikiepedia says ..Upgrades can cost anywhere from $99.50/year to many thousands for enterprise deployments. In the Forum ( I noticed that most of the posts had been made at least 5 months ago...I felt as if I were the only one physically in there reading posts, and asking a few questions...I think there was one guy in their and he brought up the question of wanting his one domain. Do I sound suspicious to you....maybe I'm a tad bit paranoid. I wish I had never logged on with my Yahoo account...but they use that ID verification now...but it's funny Yahoo will not let me access another screen name (yahoo) to retrieve a domain that I bought almost 2 years ago....yahooooo right.

POPSHealthcare for Profit Like we didn't know that already....there's too much money to be made, so are they really looking for a cure...I don't think so.

POPSVerizon's Cheat Sheet For Battling AT&T, iPhone Oops! Verizon obviously didn't plan for this flyer--essentially a list of anti-iPhone talking points for its employees--to become public. While the specifics are interesting--there are a lot of exclamatory points!--it's not surprising that the company drew up such a list. I'm sure plenty of consumers walk into Verizon stores inquiring about the iPhone. It's sound business to prepare your employees for such conversations.

POPSPowerMall Debate So, my dear friend, forgive me for not heeding your word of warning. Because you see, my family comes first, what kind of person would I be, if I gave my "time" to strangers, when "my family" are the one's needing my "time". I am not selfish and do not want anyone to suffer, I do what I can, for whom I can, whenever the need arises. I will continue to show my concern, and be of help. I will also continue to find the right people who believe that "together, "we can" make a difference in the world we live in". Even if our world only reaches as far as our own back yard...it makes no difference to "Him"..., just as long as we do something.....

POPS'Obama Sued in Philadelphia Federal Court' "If", and that's a BIG IF, this isn't all some kind of hoax or a simple case of the Obama campaign not having provided the correct information or certificate, or there's some other legitimate explanation, all hell is about to break out in the Obama campaign and Hillary Clinton will have pulled off a hell of a coup! Update; Factcheck.org (owned by The Annenberg Foundation) has a new birth certificate story. As Texasdarlin suggests in her post, this is interesting timing since Obama has just returned from Hawaii. Indeed, what a coincidence that it's today! Update on Federal Lawsuit (Things may be getting more interesting) (As TD suggests, are there links worth investigating between the Barack Obama campaign, William Ayres, the Annenbergs, and ACORN.) POPSMore Big Pharma, Bad Science - Non-smoking Drug Now, which is worse in your opinion... Smoking or Suicide? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out. Most would answer ...I THINK I WOULD RATHER SMOKE THAN FOR SURE KILL MYSELF BY TAKING A DRUG TO NOT SMOKE. The saddest part of this is that they (BIG PHARMA) are using our veterans as Guinea pigs in their trial and error tests. Just so they can put on the market more deadly drugs and coerce, we the public to buy into their schemes that make them rich! POPSGilead Drug Approved Viread gets approved for hepatitis B on its PDUFA date. A nice win for Gilead. For investors, the big questions about the company come down to valuation. Most analysts love the company; doubters just think shares are overpriced.

POPSCuil: Search engine to ravel Google Launches For one, Cuil has an impressive pedigree with its three founders: Tom Costello of IBM's WebFountain project, plus Anna Patterson and Russell Power of Google's TeraGoogle project, Google's massive search index. Cuil also counts former AltaVista founder Louis Monier -- who later went to eBay and then Google -- as part of the team. These people know search. In particular, they know on-the-firing line, heavy duty, industrial strength search. Not only that, they're unleashing what appears to be a comprehensive service that anyone can use. Indeed, Google already did a blog post in reaction to Cuil and its size claims on Friday, before Cuil even launched or those claims became public. If Google's paying that much attention, then anyone should.

POPS9/11 Mysteries - 90 minutes of evidence and analysis
See for yourself what really happened in the 3 demolished buildings in the weeks before 9/11. 911 Mysteries demolishes the 'official' 911 conspiracy theory Since 9-11 the American public has shown a "remarkable indifference to being deceived" (George Soros). But this is changing. As Hugo Chavez put it: "The world is waking up. It's waking up all over. And people are standing up." Millions around the world are realizing that they are being lied to - not in a small, lazy way, but in a big way. It's time to ask hard questions, many of which 911 Mysteries helps to answer. 90 minutes of evidence and analysis, filled with eyewitness testimonials. Point-by-point review of the official story set alongside clear science. The question is not one of politics or nationalism or loyalty, but one of strict and simple physics. Does steel melt in open air fires? What caused the core to vanish in seconds? No agenda. No finger-pointing. Just the facts and the questions.

POPSWait Until Convention It's doubtful this will happen, but the possibility of Obama waiting to announce his running mate until the convention brings visions of a very intriguing night of TV. One major problem, of course, will be the selection leaking out before it's announced, all but sucking the wind right out of the big decision

POPSNew And Not Improved! New York Times the death penalty and gun control. Mr. Obama endorsed the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the District of Columbia’s gun-control law. We knew he ascribed to the anti-gun-control groups’ misreading of the Constitution as implying an individual right to bear arms. But it was distressing to see him declare that the court provided a guide to “reasonable regulations enacted by local communities to keep their streets safe.” We were equally distressed by Mr. Obama’s criticism of the Supreme Court’s barring the death penalty for crimes that do not involve murder. Mr. Obama’s shifts are striking because he was the candidate who proposed to change the face of politics. We don’t want any “redefining” on these big questions. This country needs change it can believe in.

POPSPotential Paradigm Shift? I am always wary of ideas that glorify computers as the best (and perhaps only true) way to understand the functions of the world and life. However, this one is slightly different from the ones I've seen before, so...maybe?

POPSBob Beckel Drops The "Bombshell" Thing On Fox News Well known Democrat operative Bob Beckel, and a few others are spreading this info. It's all the talk in blog-world. I'll believe it when I see it...although I won't be surprised if it is true (or false for that matter).
