I just started doing some of this and found it real quick and easy (and done by several browsers). Saw this article about it today. In my case, I made a keyword for the URL of an album art cover site...and a keyword for the URL of a song lyrics site. So now when filling out all the info on a new iTune and I want album art and/or lyrics, I can just type: "album gorizilla" in the URL Location bar and poof! - right away I get a choice of album covers. Or just type "lyrics shushan,' and lyrics for their various songs come up. Also can search news sites this way: "nyt mayor," or "wp white house," etc.
