POPSAMERICAN IDOL ~ And The Winner Is . . . . Before the results were announced, Lambert and Allen had a moment of musical camaraderie: They joined together with Queen on the rock anthem "We Are the Champions." "Adam did win. So did Kris. Nobody lost tonight. These are two champions," said Paul Stanley from Kiss backstage. Allen was joined by Keith Urban on "Kiss a Girl," while Lambert performed with Kiss. The female finalists, including Allison Iraheta, opened up for Fergie, who sang "Big Girls Don't Cry" and then was joined by her group, the Black Eyed Peas. Iraheta later dueted with Cyndi Lauper on "Time After Time" and Danny Gokey joined Lionel Richie for two tunes. Rod Stewart sang "Maggie May" after the male finalists opened for him with "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy."

POPSClipmarks and Copyright Issues - This Again? I came across this post and I must say it made me a little hot! Over 40 people in this thread were whining about their work being copyrighted by Clippers and anticipating Clipmark doom. Some were saying that their whole blog post got Clipped. Well, perhaps they need to add a little more meat to the body content because we are very limited in what we can Clip. Getting Clipmarked is the highest form of flattery. The Clips get picked up in the search engines creating mini landing pages that are only one click away from their website or blog = excellent for SEO. Then, enter Eric Goldstein into the conversation. You go, Boy! His reply was amazing, articulate, and to the point. I'm thrilled when people Clip my stuff. They are even more thrilled when I Clip theirs. When a direct link to the information source is clearly posted with a link, how can anyone cry "copyright?" It's more like a generous "quote" opened up for discussion.
