POPSCode Pink Tries To Arrest & Handcuff Karl Rove At Mortgage Meeting In total, five Code Pink members were removed from the hall during Rove’s appearance. The organization says none of the five women were charged. Four questions come to mind. What does Code Pink have to do with the crisis of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac? Freddie and Fannie were run by hardcore Democrats. What does Karl Rove have to do with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac? Mr. Bush called for reform of the agencies until he was blue in the face. And, lastly, why were these professional agitators let back into this meeting a day after its leader had been forcibly removed? And why were no charges brought against Code Pink? Apparently, the so-called mortgage crisis isn’t so serious at all, if even the Mortgage Bankers aren’t willing to take it seriously. (Thanks to BillK for the heads up.)

We've all known that Rightdiculous columnists and their nastier Right-Wing talk radio hacks have been doing this rhetoric for years. Now McCain’s, VP choice allows them a place IN PUBLIC to caterwaul their Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter induced RAGE. It must be a catharses for the pathetic souls who have been listening and reading the unadulterated animosity coming over air waves or in print, directed at some unknown enemy. They now can UNLEASH the bottled up hatred, in the open and have a recognizable foe, thanks to the self-proclaimed pit-bull. POPSPalin Must Condemn Hateful Obama Attacks.
VP Democratic candidate, Senator Joe Biden is confronting what he calls the "ugly," and "dangerous," recent Republican campaign rallies where members of the crowd are shouting out about Obama: "Treason!" and "Kill him!" Those are very appropriate words. Over the last week, here at Clipmarks, other forums, on radio, TV, in the newspapers and magazines there is a shocking virulent outburst of hate against Obama, trying to associate him with "domestic terrorism," and being a supporter of 'Islamofacsist," (the neocon propagada term the Republicans wave like a red flag). In this age of 24-hour media coverage there is the real possibility of such vocal and visible fascist-like hatred and attempts to distort elections and destroy opponents can succeed. It was done in the 2000 elections in the USA, which Al Gore won and Bush stole in Florida, with the help of a shouting mob. POPSObama's Minister Committed "Treason" But When My Father Said the Same Thing He Was a Republican Hero My dad's books denouncing America and comparing the USA to Hitler are still best sellers in the "respectable" evangelical community and he's still hailed as a prophet by many Republican leaders. When Mike Huckabee was recently asked by Katie Couric to name one book he'd take with him to a desert island, besides the Bible, he named Dad's Whatever Happened to the Human Race? a book where Dad also compared America to Hitler's Germany. We Republican agitators of the mid 1970s to the late 1980s were genuinely anti-American in the same spirit that later Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson (both followers of my father) were anti-American when they said God had removed his blessing from America on 9/11, because America accepted gays. Falwell and Robertson recanted but we never did.

POPS U. S. Senator DeMint Is Mad As Hell Protesting the Marines is just a predictable by-product of the massive Bush Derangement Syndrome that exists in this God-Forsaken city. But they took it a step further and not only denounced the US Military but then wholly endorsed and even subsidized Code Pink. Is the city of Berkeley, California complicit in treason? Constitutionally, Code Pink did commit treason. The latest book by Lt. Col. Robert "Buzz" Patterson (U.S. Air Force-Ret.) is called War Crimes: The Left's Campaign to Destroy Our Military and Lose the War on Terror. In the book, he claims that two anti-war groups -- "United for Peace & Justice" and "CODEPINK: Women for Peace" -- literally gave aid and comfort to terrorists when they delivered $600,000 in cash and supplies they claim was humanitarian aid to civilians.

What is the truth about Bush's tax cuts? Bush slashed the revenue of the US government to help rich people get richer. This means the government has less money to spend. But he is the greatest spendthrift in the history of American Presidents. So who is paying for all of Bush's spending? It isn't Romney, who is getting millions back in tax cuts. It's the Chinese, who are buying US Treasury bonds to gain power over the US. Look at the numbers. the Chinese have almost literally financed the Iraq war. A true conservative spends money when he has it, and when he doesn't, he works for more. Bush's extravagance has sold our economic independence to a rival nation. Does this sound like treason to you? Because it sure does to me!

He said the United States has been "unmistakably defeated" in Iraq in Afghanistan and has lost the battle for hearts and minds "in spectacular fashion." In his newest dramatic gesture, Gadahn tore up his U.S. passport in protest of the imprisonment of fellow al Qaeda followers Abu Zubaydah, John Walker Lindh and Sheikh Omar Abdul Rahman. "I don't need it to travel anyway," he said afterwards.

POPSI'm afraid I agree with Pat Buchanan We are entering the age of corporate totalitarianism. American companies are now global companies and American sovereignty is secondary to the wishes of the global capitalist. I'm as big a capitalist as anyone, but tyranny can come from any faction. The mainstream of America is being ripped by forces at both ends - Cultural Marxists on one end and corporate totalitarianism on the other.

It seems many conservatives have embraced Bush's example of willful ignorance. They depend on flattery, censorship and wishful thinking to justify their policies. A soldier who dies for his country is a hero, whether he is Democrat or Republican, whether his family supports the war or opposes it. Excluding some families of fallen soldiers on Memorial Day on the basis of political affiliations is Treason!

POPSAn effective action to take America back I suggest that each citizen repeat that same process weekly for as many times as it takes to get the State Attorney General(s) into action. If he/she doesn't act within thirty days, then a petition for recall of the State Attorney General for dereliction of duty be filed and acted upon.
