When I saw the TV spot of a mob surrounding a car on the street I had the thought/memory of some riot, the mob shaking the car, overturning it, pulling out the driver and beating them (the past). What was going on? -- The woman in the car came upon the cheering crowd, her own joy exploded, she stopped the car, got out, started singing -- the crowd gathered around her and all sang on the street. Thousand spontaneously streamed to the White House, waved flags, pressed against the gates and lustily chanted: "Yes, we can! Yes, we can!" NOBODY alive has every seen anything like this. MLK's church in Georgia - thousands gathered inside and when the news of victory was announced a chanting a roar went up so strong is could have blown off the roof. POPSMcCain pushes $300 billion mortgage plan I def. think he is Fracking high on something. First, this "plan" would piss off a lot of people who bought houses they could afford and would then watch others who bought houses they could not afford (granted given bad advice/loans) and have taxpayers bail them out so they can stay in homes they really should not be in, in the first place. If there had been oversight in the govt and better regulation, none of these people would be in the situation they are in because it would have been a crime for these douche bag mortgage brokers and others to pitch them and give them the loans. So now this guy wants to take another $300 billion on top of the almost trillion the tax payers have already put into this mess. What a fracking idiot.

As evidenced by Carly her comments, the conservative elite actually hold the government in very, very low regard. It is their position that the role of government is to be punks, to be puppets, stooges. She clearly states that NONE of those running for the president of the United States of America are capable of running a corporation. This is what she believes. And, I think this is what the conservative elite believes. They believe that they are the engine that makes the world go round. They believe that the roll of the government is to let them do what they do, how they what to do it and when they want to do it. As I write this I am realizing it is not even a very radical statement. Carly Fiorina's statements were only gaffe's in that they lifted the curtain to show the wizard.

POPSThis Is So Much More "Changier" I mean Barack H. Obama is doing some pretty wacky things on this tour. Sitting in Head of state chairs, negotiating foreign policy, utilizing terrorist organizations for security, issuing dress code to the paparazzi, I mean media, hehe, speaking from historic monuments in Germany, all as if he were the actual POTUS? But this must be the best (Worst) thing yet! Of course I hedge that bet as we are only into day two, so we do have some more fun in store I'm sure. That being said, it seems our Jr Senator has decided to remove the US flag and insignia from the US aircraft he is using and opted instead for the logo for his 08 campaign? Maybe this wouldn't be such a big deal if it were not for the fact that he is on a US taxpayer excursion!
