POPSObama Wants Lieberman in Dem Caucus for Foreign Policy
Lieberman is a Dem neocon and endorsed McCain. Why not just include McCain in the Dem Caucus then! This will continue the neocon and Zionist (Israel first) foreign policy of unjust wars for "regime change", a Democratic Jihad (holy war) if you will, under pretense of "war on terrorism" which Obama fully endorses. Obama wants a pro-war Democratic leadership to support his pro-war policy as he revealed in debates with McCain and on his middle east visit. Thus keeping Lieberman is key because the caucus controls the party in its "group think". His support of Lieberman with his pick of "Rahmbo" Emanuel (a very presumptuous name, meaning "God with us" in Hebrew , referring to Christ by the prophets) for Chief of Staff, foretells Obama's true foreign policy that will "change" little from McCain outside of Iraq. Lieberman changed to Independent after losing a Dem primary election, then won as independent. Anti-war Dems are being blocked out.

POPSLieberman's hubris It's really laughable that Lieberman is dictating to the Senate Majority Leader. Sure he's been in office quite a while. But he has withdrawn himself from the party. In my experience you argue as hard as you like within the party for the candidate of your choice; but once the party decides, you either work for that candidate, or -- if you really can't stomach them -- you sit on your hands during the campaign. If you are so principled as to oppose the candidate of your party, you would be principled enough to depart.

POPSObama's First Pick an Israeli for Chief of Staff This reported by Israeli press, in their words. What kind of foreign policy and war policy "change" does this forecast versus that of the neoconservatives of the Bush administration? the son of a Jerusalem-born pediatrician who was a member of the Irgun (Etzel or IZL), a militant Zionist group that operated in Palestine between 1931 and 1948.

POPSFinally No matter who wins the electoral college, the 2008 presidential election will be a historic one, as the nation will send either an African-American or the oldest first-term president to the White House. A McCain win would also mean the first female vice president in the nation's history. The 2008 presidential election has proved to be the most expensive in history. Americans are expected to head to the polls in record numbers. http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/11/04/election.president/index.html?eref=time_us

POPSWhatever it takes to win! Democrats are gearing up for whatever happens on Election Day. Should Obama win, champagne will flow, McCain will make a concession speech, and all will be well with the world. But should Obama lose, McCain will pop the cork, and Lawsuits will fly into courthouses across the land.

POPS Obama And Frank: A Farwell To Arms Caucus for Priorities is a campaign of Business Leaders for Sensible Priorities, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Its mission is to “change U.S. budget priorities to reflect a national commitment to education, healthcare, energy independence, job training and deficit reduction — at no additional taxpayer expense — by eliminating funding for unneeded Cold War-era weapons systems.” That will certainly deter a rearming and expansionist Russia, an ambitious China and a dangerous Iran. If Obama wins, the “obsolete Cold War weapons” to be done away with, to Russian and Chinese glee, include the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and the F/A-22 Raptor to replace our aging F-15s, the wings of which are literally falling off. The Raptor can fly to and from Iranian nuclear facilities undetected should the need arise, as it very well may at some point.

POPS Sen. Reid Cries 'Bankruptcy' In Front Of Reporters The SEC has been issuing subpoenas for an investigation into rumor-driven market manipulation. Of course, Harry Reid stood up in broad daylight to talk about a troubled insurer "with a name that everyone knows," so his contribution was merely obtuse. And predictably destructive. The steep drop in the share prices of insurance companies Thursday destroyed wealth for uncounted middle-class investors holding onto stock in companies still considered healthy. It calls to mind *Senator Chuck Schumer's public suggestion in July that troubled IndyMac Bank "could face collapse." It did, after a deposit run. Senator Schumer said criticizing his action was akin to blaming "the fire on the guy who called 911." The nation's shareholders would sleep better at night if some Members of Congress enrolled in Arsonists Anonymous. POPSFannie Mae CEO to Democrats: You Are Our 'Family' and 'Conscience'
Transcript of CEO Mudd addressing the Democrats It is true that Fannie Mae has lent more money to more minorities and more underserved individuals than any single company in history. We will work hard inside our company to resolve the serious matters before us to put our house in order and to forge a new future. And all the while you will see Fannie Mae reaching out and listening to the caucus. Over a century of endeavor you have earned the reputation as the conscience of Congress. In many ways I want to tell you today you are also the conscience of Fannie Mae. Keeping us on course to serve those who need serving the most. Regulatory Reform Act of 2005 Sen. John McCain foresaw the impending Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac Mortgage Crisis more than two years before it happened, and co-sponsored legislation that would have required greater oversight of the mortgage lending entities. http://clipmarks.com/clipmark/54CCDE0C-915F-48E9-985C-51D9390F96D7/

POPSWho Can We Believe ? Youtube Comment... The bottom line is the vast majority of republicans and democrats are lying, crooked, elitist global-socialists. Only a violent uprising will save America. My Question again...Who Can We Believe?

POPSGOP Fight in Nevada Could Spell Trouble For McCain
Dr. Paul has suspended his campaign, but his libertarian loyalists have not. Dr. Paul's message resonated particularly in Nevada, a state where frontier spirit and personal freedom runs deep, and he captured second place in the January state caucuses, ahead of Sen. McCain. Hard-line libertarian voters see Sen. McCain as the embodiment of a Republican Party they no longer trust to protect their freedoms. Citing the campaign finance rules and ban on college sports betting that he championed, many conservatives are rejecting the presumptive Republican nominee along with the party establishment. Recent history shows Nevada's frustrated conservatives can swing an election. The last Texan presidential candidate preaching small government, Ross Perot, took 10% of the vote here in 1992 and 27% in 1996, helping Democrat Bill Clinton to carry the state both times. A Libertarian Senate candidate in 1998 tipped a close race to Majority Leader Harry Reid.

POPSA Democrat supports McCain; Mocks Obama This is bewildering. Although I disagree with the Democrats failing to impeach Bush/Cheeny at least I could understand they had some (Machiavellian) reason. But this? They let this guy be the lead Democratic Chairman on the Homeland (Security) and Government Affairs Committee? They let him sit on other committees? They let him caucus and vote on Democratic Party issues? He keeps other privileges of seniority? And he supports the other party's candidate for president and mocks Obama!? I can only conclude they are wimps or more whipped by the Israeli lobby than I thought possible. Or both. Really...would this be tolerated in any other political party in the world? & if not the reasons above, Why?

POPSObama's Evasiveness Chicago politics are nototriously slimy, Obama continues the tradition albeit with a more radical tilt.

POPSReaction To Announcement on Governor Palin The campaign has been busily preparing TV commercials to run against Mitt Romney — with aides gleefully watching hours of footage of Romney-McCain exchanges from the primary — but far little opposition research had been prepared about the Alaska governor. And aides said no commercials were ready to be immediately released, which the McCain campaign did when Mr. Biden was chosen.” There’s more at the link, including that the Obama campaign had to delay its campaign flight for more Palin prep and, as a result, McCain-Palin got a half-day of uninterrupted media time. The Obama campaign was not prepared for the Palin announcement, a choice that was unexpected but not totally off the radar. That’s not good in politics but it’s very discouraging in governing. In fact, it makes the Obama campaign sound as clueless as it often describes the Bush Administration.

POPS Stop Pelosi Now! Demand Maximum American Energy – Now! Rep. Thaddeus McCotter has a message for Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the House Democratic caucus, and he wanted it delivered at Hot Air. Not surprisingly, then, the Speaker’s latest lethargy proposal apes other energy schemes she’s brought to the House floor without amendment and under a super-majority vote requirement. Desperate to guarantee these bills’ defeats and blame Republicans, the Speaker orchestrated the nauseating spectacle of “Don’t Care” Democrats, who a few months ago wouldn’t vote to drill a tooth, now hugging derricks instead of trees. This time, though, with a month of vacation under her Beltway, Pelosi’s ploy has a new wrinkle. In the media she is floating specious reasons why Republicans will vote against her radical cornucopia of energy insecurity. What she still fails to grasp, as with all her energy scams, is that the public will not be misled.
