US/UK Intel Warns Obama of Transition Attack
blueridge
by blueridge  11-15-2008
Which would be too convenient for the neocon agenda (pro-war Biden and Rahm Emanuel, et al, already in place in the Obama administration), as well as too irrational for "Al Qaeda" to do, if the fictitious terrorists wanted to halt the war program under the "change" candidate. Really, what would their motive be? (Oh, "They are irrational zealots...and because they hate us because we are free and women can vote", of course). Biden already warned about this certain coming event to "test" Obama (or provide him a pretext to change). He is in the know. Biden already said "you may not agree with us, but we will need your support...mark my words". The only question is, will the public be fooled by this false flag attack, or fear propaganda again, to justify more wars for Democracy against an invisible enemy while the Intel officials always know their scheme and yet can never find them? Hayden confesses there is "no real or artificial spike" in intel to justify their assertion!

tommy2balmy
by tommy2balmy  9-16-2008
Last week Bolivia accused the US of supporting the opposition and expelled its ambassador. Venezuela followed suit to show solidarity and Honduras has refused to accept the credentials of a new US envoy. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said the unrest in Bolivia was "a conspiracy directed by the US empire", likening it to the 1973 CIA-backed coup which ousted Chile's President Salvador Allende. The US says it regrets the recent diplomatic expulsions and has rejected Bolivia's allegations against its ambassador.

The Bush Crime Family Thrives on.

Amazingly, Bush Sr. completely insulated himself from any personal consequences regarding Iran-Contra. Like a good mafia don, he had layers and layers of loyal "button men" willing to shut up and take the fall for him. His good friend Bill Clinton, who by many accounts protected the gun export and cocaine importation leg of this trade as it was conducted out of Mena, Arkansas, ran against Bush for president in 1992, won, and promptly discontinued all further investigation into the Iran-Contra affair. If you want to take this a little deeper, the folks who were incinerated at Waco by Clinton and Janet Reno very early in Clinton's presidency, had a thriving business converting semi-automatic rifles to automatic ones. It's never been made clear who the customers for these weapons were, but if you look at a map, Waco, Texas is not that far from Mena, Arkansas. Bill Clinton's representatives in the ATF office in Little Rock started feverishly developing their case against the Wac

Bush Warns Pakistan, Threatens Action
blueridge
by blueridge  8-5-2008
After spending hundreds of millions of taxpayers money for aid to Pakistan for over 7 years, now this. After helping Musharref (via CIA) seize power through a coupe. After knowing the ISI help the Taliban (while still giving millions to Pakistan), now this. (Hint: there is no real threat from the Taliban, but they have to stick to the official story for invading Afghanistan and 9/11. The Taliban resists the US invasion of Afghanistan of course, and the Islamic Pakis and ISI of course resent that too but have been bribe with money thus far). Now the self appointed ruler of the world, who claims Afghanistan is US property, threatens retaliation into Pakistan, a sovereign country, should any groups support Taliban resistance in Afghanistan. Oh, and Obama support this plan too, because he is a member of the CFR and their global agenda too.

Did Valerie Plame Wilson Commit Perjury?
merrie
by merrie  7-8-2008    2
But, that is no excuse for the Valerie Wilson-Plame to sit in front of a Congressional Committee and LIE like she did. This is what Valerie Plame said sworn testimony before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform: Plame also testified that she played no part in deciding to send her husband, former ambassador Joseph C. Wilson IV, on a mission to Niger in 2002 to assess the reliability of reports that Iraq's then-president, Saddam Hussein, was trying to buy yellowcake uranium from that country for use in a secret nuclear weapons program. Some CPD officials could not recall how the office decided to contact the former ambassador, however, interviews and documents provided to the Committee indicate that his wife, a CPD employee, suggested his name for the trip. The CPD reports officer told Committee staff that the former ambassador's wife "offered up his name" and a memorandum to the Deputy Chief of the CPD on February 12, 2002.

It Must Suck Being Joseph "Yellow-Cake" Wilson IV Now!

In his speech, Ambassador Joseph Wilson described himself as the investigator sent to Niger by the government and says the government sent him there and not the CIA (a lie). Wilson said there was nothing to the uranium story (another lie), described the US as "occupiers" of Iraq (a shocking statement at the time), and described a conspiracy to help Israel dominate the Palestinians. Joe Wilson repeated the lie for several years that the Iraq was not seeking uranium from Niger even though five days after Wilson's NYT op-ed, George Tenet put out a statement describing how the person the CIA sent to check out the Niger story (Joe Wilson) found that the Iraqis had indeed tried to open up trade talks, which were interpretted by government officials in Niger as an attempt to purchase uranium ore. US Escalating Covert Ops Against Iran

Council on Foreign Relations analyst Vali Nasr described it to Hersh as a vicious organization suspected of links to al Qaeda. We killed Hussein over imagined links to al Qaeda -- now we're one step removed from funding them.

Israel Practising to Attack Iran's Nuclear Facilities
DanaGarrett
by DanaGarrett  6-21-2008
The IAEA and the CIA have both determined that Iran's nuclear facilities are incapable of producing nuclear weapons. So why attack? It could be because Israel wants to find a pretext for Iran's support of Hezbollah. Those F15s and F16s are US planes, most which we "sell" to Israel on credit but later forgive their indebtedness. Nice arrangement most Americans don't know about, but people in the Middle East know about and never forget.

Must-hear interview. The Bush administration cannot deny the claims from this insider. It is also interesting to hear the questions put to him by some good reporters in the run up to Iraq that the MSM decided not to let us hear! Hard evidence for wrong doing in the administration and he is about to testify before the Judiciary committee on the CIA leak of Plame, by Rove, Libby, and likely orchestrated by Cheney. Also how the White House Iraq Group used the NY Times as their primary propaganda conduit, including Judith Miller. Great podcast (have to listen to other news first before interview).

McCain Presidency: Neocons on Steroids
blueridge
by blueridge  3-27-2008    1
"McCain would make Bush look like Ghandi", is what some are saying, and here is why: Take a look at what insiders say about McCain's foreign policy. Then look at his list of neoconservative advisers, particularly William Kristol (who led the Project for New American Century and their blueprint for a "new middle east") and former CIA director James Woolsey, whom former Colin Powell chief of Staff Wilkerson calls "scary". Note his plan for a "League of Democracies" (this is the global plan for PAX AMERICANA, per Clarence K. Streit in 1942) to "bypass the balky United Nations" for a more unilateral approach to gaining international support for war. McCain, though despised by many conservatives, is a dangerous neocon weapon of mass destruction who indeed will make Bush look like Ghandi.

Saddam's Terror Links
merrie
by merrie  3-24-2008    4
It's true that the Pentagon report found no "smoking gun," i.e., a direct connection on a joint Iraq-al Qaeda operation. Supposedly this vindicates the view that Iraq's liberation was launched on false premises. But the Administration was always cautious, with Colin Powell alleging merely a "sinister nexus" in his 2003 U.N. speech. If anything, sinister is an understatement. The main Iraq intelligence failure was over WMD, but the report indicates that the CIA also underestimated Saddam's ties to global terror cartels. The Administration has always maintained that Iraq is just one front in the war on terror; and the report offers "evidence of logistical preparation for terrorist operations in other nations, including those in the West." In 2002, an IIS memo explained to Saddam that Iraqi embassies were stockpiling weapons, while many of the terrorists trained in Fedayeen camps were dispatched to London with counterfeit documents, where they circulated throughout Europe.

The US Military’s Human-Testing Program Returns

Between 1952-1975, the CIA tested LSD and other psychochemical agents on "an undetermined number of people without their knowledge or consent." Over 235 atmospheric nuclear tests and experiments were conducted on roughly 210,000 personnel affiliated to the US Defense Department from 1945-1962. A further 199,000 "were exposed to radiation through work." No coherent attempt was made to warn those affected or to offer follow-up medical care. The battle to receive care Wray Forrest knows firsthand about fighting official neglect and denial over human-testing. When his health started to deteriorate, Forrest was forbidden to get medical support: "We could not tell what we were exposed to due to the classification of the project, nor could we seek medical help due to the alleged non-disclosure papers we signed." Forrest was discharged from the military in 1982 for health reasons (deemed "unsuitable for service"). He was still unable to talk to anyone about Edgewood Arsenal, so ke

What Motivated The 9/11 Hijackers?
thisnamecantbetaken

In an October 2001 video, Osama Bin Laden said, "We swore that America would not live in security until we live it truly in Palestine. This showed the reality of America, which puts Israel's interest above its own people's interest. America will not get out of this crisis until it gets out of the Arabian Peninsula, and until it stops its support of Israel. " Former CIA Bin Laden Unit Chief Michael Scheuer has bluntly stated that politicians are lying to the American people about the terrorists' motives, "The politicians really are at great fault for not squaring with the American people. We're being attacked for what we do in the Islamic world, not for who we are or what we believe in or how we live. And there's a huge burden of guilt to be laid at Mr. Bush, Mr. Clinton, both parties for simply lying to the American people."

Former NSA Director: "By any measure the US has long used terrorism"

More Moreover, recently declassified documents show that in the 1960's, the American Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on a plan to blow up AMERICAN airplanes (using an elaborate plan involving the switching of airplanes), and also to commit terrorist acts on American soil, and then to blame it on the Cubans in order to justify an invasion of Cuba. If you view no other links in this article, please read the following ABC news report; the official documents; and watch this interview with the former Washington Investigative Producer for ABC's World News Tonight with Peter Jennings (click link entitled "Joint Chiefs Guilty-Northwoods"). In addition, the FBI had penetrated the cell which carried out the 1993 world trade center bombing, but had -- at the last minute -- cancelled the plan to have its FBI infiltrator substitute fake power for real explosives, against the infiltrator's strong wishes (summary version is free; full version is pay-per-view).

The Real McCain Record Mark Levin NRO
merrie
by merrie  1-13-2008
His supporters point to essentially one policy strength, McCain’s early support for a surge and counterinsurgency. It has now evolved into McCain taking credit for forcing the president to adopt General David Petreaus’s strategy. Where’s the evidence to support such a claim? McCain has repeatedly called for the immediate closing of Guantanamo Bay and the introduction of al-Qaeda terrorists into our own prisons — despite the legal rights they would immediately gain and the burdens of managing such a dangerous population. While McCain proudly and repeatedly points to his battles with Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, who had to rebuild the U.S. military and fight a complex war, where was McCain in the lead-up to the war — when the military was being dangerously downsized by the Clinton administration. Where was McCain when the CIA was in desperate need of attention? McCain was apparently in the dark about al-Qaeda like most of Washington, despite a decade of warnings.

Neocon Administration Covers Pakistan's Nuclear Proliferation
blueridge
by blueridge  1-8-2008    3
Consider the hypocrisy of accusing Iraq of WMDs, or Iran of nuclear technology, while they knew that Pakis (an ally) were selling nuclear technology to "rogue states". It is also interesting that Pakistan was the place where the CIA was training Islamists in the 90s which later they labeled Al Qaeda. Meanwhile, as the article show, billions of US dollars are literally given to Pakistan for "aid" while they do all this? Pakistan appears to be the conduit for creating enemies which then are used to justify U.S. wars against "rogue regimes". By the way, it was the CIA that provided Iran over a decade ago with technology to begin nuclear development.
