An administration uniquely stacked at the top with former oil executives (Bush had his own company with a bin Laden) was surely to get this done. (for gays) Condi Rice has refused to take action that would give the life partners of gay diplomats the same rights and protections as the spouses of heterosexual diplomats. This means that partners must be left behind during long term assignments.,do not have medical coverage via the diplomat's group plan, is provided no protection or security etc. And yet she is a staunch supporter of family values.
