Information Unlimited - Free Energy,Solar Energy
skwirlinator
by skwirlinator  6-28-2008    2
In the 1920s T. Henry Moray invented a free energy device that reportedly output 50 kilowatts of electricity. It could not be explained by standard science at that time. The electricity exhibited a strange cold current characteristic where thin wires could conduct appreciable power without heating. Moray suffered ruthless suppression, and in 1939 the device was destroyed. Frontier science lecturer and author Moray B. King explains the invention with todays science: Modern physics recognizes that vacuum contains tremendous energy called the zero-point energy. A way to coherently activate it appears surprisingly simple: First create a glow plasma or corona. Then abruptly pulse it. Other inventors have discovered this approach (sometimes unwittingly) and created novel energy devices, but they too were suppressed. The common pattern of their technologies clarified the fundamental operating principle. The purpose of this book is to inspire engineers and inventors so that a new energy source

NASA to study our Sun up close
pokkets
by pokkets  6-18-2008
They'll be using solar energy. At the surface heat is restricted more by gravity. as it rises, it gets more room, and is stirred up by the chaotic solar wind. There are no doubt many theories, and a few answers, but a theory can't compare with proof.

NASA Plans to Visit the Sun
Silkweaver
by Silkweaver  6-14-2008    4
The two mysteries prompting this mission are the high temperature of the sun's corona and the puzzling acceleration of the solar wind: Mystery #1—the corona: If you stuck a thermometer in the surface of the sun, it would read about 6000o C. Intuition says the temperature should drop as you back away; instead, it rises. The sun's outer atmosphere, the corona, registers more than a million degrees Celsius, hundreds of times hotter than the star below. This high temperature remains a mystery more than 60 years after it was first measured. Mystery #2—the solar wind: The sun spews a hot, million mph wind of charged particles throughout the solar system. Planets, comets, asteroids—they all feel it. Curiously, there is no organized wind close to the sun's surface, yet out among the planets there blows a veritable gale. Somewhere in between, some unknown agent gives the solar wind its great velocity. The question is, what?

|\| | |/| - Trent Reznor to fans: "Thank you"
uberchicgeekchick
by uberchicgeekchick  5-7-2008    1
I'm sure you've heard of this by now... but have you heard it yet? I've been listening to the FLAC version since Monday. &All I could possibly say is wow! . . . no *uberWow*. 'theslip' is nine inch nails latest album. But unlike 'Ghost ' nin's last four digital albums, which Trent Reznor also released online. Where as Ghost gave you the option to pay; theslip is only available for free. Than with theslip you also get all of the cover art, inserts, &etc with the downloads. Which after you download, you can do literally anything with. I'm already playing around w/remixing portions of track 7 & 9. They're my two personal faves, for the moment at least. The last difference between Ghost &theslip is the where as Ghost were only instrumentals/digital. theslip is just as lyrically intense as nin's previous halo albums. So, as always, take a few minutes or hours, depending on your bandwidth, than, what else? enjoy yourself!
