Sen John McCain Attends CPAC This Election Year!
merrie
by merrie  2-7-2008    1
Seems John McCain now wants to make time to attend CPAC this Election Year to court Conservatives. Well, some so-called Conservatives have resigned themselves to the fact that McCain is going to be the Republican Party Nominee, well I for one refuse to allow the media to cram McCain down our throats!!! There is no way in hell that McCain should be allowed to walk in to CPAC and sale us a bunch of bs.

Thoughts on Coulter: are mean people richer?
enbar
by enbar  3-7-2007    13
One of Wise Bread's writers points out that the nastier Ann Coulter is, the more money she makes. Would that work for the rest of us? As the YouTube video shows, the CPAC audience sure loved her "faggot" comment (www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxgVuB3TyaU)

zasel

So the Conservatives don't like name-calling or slander. They want to raise the campaign to a higher level.....oops, that's the Liberal's line. It seems like some Conservatives really like to roll around in the mud where they are most comfortable.

Ann Coulter the Right Wing Darling is her usual nasty self.
refinish69
by refinish69  3-3-2007    1
Ann Coulter Called Sen. Edwards a faggot at Conservative Political Action Conference CPAC) in Washington, D.C. Many main stream news agencies are ignoring this story. None of the Republican Presidential Candidates who were in attendance nor Vice President Cheney has come out to say that this type of Bigotry is unacceptable, but what can you expect from a party that uses Fear, Lies, Hate, and Prejudice to define their Party platform.

Hey, It's Official. The U.S. Didn't Start the War in Iraq after all!
zasel
by zasel  3-2-2007    16
Thank you Tony Snow. Now the world finally knows that it was not Bush who started the way in Iraq. It was those terrorists who were hiding out in the caves of Afghanistan who forced us into invading Iraq on false pretenses. I feel so much better now.

Romney Seeks to Regain Momentum With the Right
asricci
by asricci  2-28-2007
This is the basics of the article, but the link is provided if you'd like to read the rest. I think that right now, Romney is being largely dismissed, but I think that despite the fact that he's a Mormon, which many think will keep the Evangelicals from supporting him, that he's got a pretty good chance. Especially since Giuliani is far too liberal and McCain can't seem to get it together.

Coulter calls Muslims 'ragheads', jokes about killing Bill Clinton, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, David Souter, John Paul Stevens, Anthony Kennedy, and Stephen Breyer. EDIT: Via http://pandagon.net/2006/02/11/the-hits-just-keep-on-coming-from-coulter/
