POPSEvernote 3 is Awesome! It was a great program before, but now - WOW! I was fortunate enough to participate in their beta release of the new version, which has a great online equivalent, including seemless sync between desktop & online. Phenomenal software/online tool. Highly recommend it!!!

POPSEvernote This is an awesome notetaking application just with it had an online version. I need to look into if maybe I could keep on pen drive.

POPSEverNote - Create, Organize, Find any type of Notes Nice stuff from some Russian boys. Remember the Apple Newton fiasco? They were responsible for the hand-recognition piece. I heard a story (which is likely to be BS, but it has an amusement factor) that they bought the technology from some professor for a bottle of vodka. Hopefully this version works better than Newton did.

POPSClipmarks > Crashes my Firefox I don't know about you, but the clipmarks site sometimes crashes my firefox. This seems to happen randomly when loading a clip Am I the only one experiencing this problem? (I included a list of my installed ff extensions, maybe there's a conflict there?; I've got Win XP Professional with SP2 & all updates; & Firefox 1.5.0.7)

POPSGoogle notebook is now live! I've been a big fan of Evernote (http://www.evernote.com/en/) for years. Their free version offers functionality that's what most folks would ever need. Recently, I also discovered ScrapBook (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/427/), a great Firefox extension that has the advantage over Evernote of not requiring a full application download and being available directly from my browser, albeit with reduced capabilities. Now along comes Google's Notebook which has the promise of obsolescing both, with the added advantage of being available from any computer with a browser. Since you can also share your Notebook pages, could it possibly be a Clipmarks killer, as well?

POPSEverNote - Firefox Extension I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and have to say that it's worth the addition to FF. I have used it in Thunderbird as well. I also have the FF extension called "Performancing." However, I don't use it for its intended purpose (blogging). Often times I just want to save a section of a report, so I copy what I want from a report to the Performancing editor and then "select all" and copy my selections to my Evernote database using the Evernote extension. I then delete the selections from Performancing - or upload to the blog. Rarely to the blog. I like Performancing for its ease of quick access from the browser. I'm finding that between Clipmarks, EverNote and Performancing extensions for FF, I can save whatever I want, wherever I want it and the database / archiving and sharing options become even more endless. ;)

POPSEvernote I've been using Evernote for close to a year I think. If you want a kind of desktop local version of Clipmarks, this is it. Very slick and easy ot use and organize. Firefox extension available. It just works and works well.
