And while the Duchess is now on the scene, locals say Josh is usually out solo... The actor has been spotted frequenting bars in the Buckhead area with groups of guys and girls during his downtime. "That boy likes to put down a few cold ones and party up a storm," one scenester tells E! News. "I see him out all of the time." Now that Fergie's in town, maybe she'll be joining Josh on his outings. Or they'll get smart and stay holed up in the hotel—making up for time spent apart.

Before the results were announced, Lambert and Allen had a moment of musical camaraderie: They joined together with Queen on the rock anthem "We Are the Champions." "Adam did win. So did Kris. Nobody lost tonight. These are two champions," said Paul Stanley from Kiss backstage. Allen was joined by Keith Urban on "Kiss a Girl," while Lambert performed with Kiss. The female finalists, including Allison Iraheta, opened up for Fergie, who sang "Big Girls Don't Cry" and then was joined by her group, the Black Eyed Peas. Iraheta later dueted with Cyndi Lauper on "Time After Time" and Danny Gokey joined Lionel Richie for two tunes. Rod Stewart sang "Maggie May" after the male finalists opened for him with "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy."

Boy, was Fergie fuming like an angry minx about this when she came out on stage. Clearly she likes to be on the bus, in the driver's seat. Time was running out for the youthful party, so they approached an advocacy group, the Israel Religious Action Center, whose lawyer Einat Hurvitz rushed the case to the high court on Nov. 8, three days before the vote. Next morning, the judge heard the case and scolded Egged's behavior as "shameful'. Wake Up, Jerusalemites rushed out and plastered their posters on as many buses as they could find, and a sympathetic Israeli press covered the event, giving them more P.R. then they could ever have dreamed of."
