POPSPoetry - Longfellow This is the first poem I remember memorizing in elementary school. I remember as a child wondering what the author was trying to convey to his audience. Today, I feel like there is so much more to this poem than we know. Even though it seems so simple.

POPSSoon You Can Clip On the Go-Go in the Air-Air The original article was in The Wall Street Journal. Now that in-flight service is available, what do you suppose is next? Underwater internet service? I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Once in a while, it's nice to be "unavailable."

POPSMy Favorite Search Site for Travel Now, Kayak has added a chart to compare airline fees, which are changing every time we take a breath, it seems. Why does life have to be so complicated? I USED to enjoy traveling, but much of it is losing its' appeal.

POPSIonised air to power flying saucers They're still testing, and when they discovered the principle, they thought it was anti gravity, but it turned out to be dependent on the earth's magnetic field. Sounds like a far more efficient way of flying than aircraft fuel. They might take a while to learn how to steer it. I wonder how many passengers they'll hold. Spinning around sounds bad for airsickness, and in flight meals.

POPSWhat It's Like To Be A Bat Researchers are able to draw correlations between how bats and humans process information to perform functions. Both are mammals having the same basic brain organization, which leads to obvious comparisons.

POPSWe're Winning The War On Terror quoted: This is why we fight. Primarily, of course, to protect ourselves from the immediate threat of terrorist carnage, but also because we know that extending the embrace of a civilization that liberates everyone makes us all safer. Every death is an unspeakable tragedy. It's right that each time a soldier is killed in action we ask why. Was it really worth it? The right response to the loss of brave souls such as Corporal Sarah Bryant, the first British woman to die in Afghanistan, is not an immediate call for retreat. It is, first of all, pride; a great, deep conviction that it is on such sacrifice that our own freedoms have always rested. Then, defiance. How foolish is the enemy that it might think our grief is really some prelude to their victory? Finally, confidence. We are prevailing in this struggle. We know it. And everywhere: in Afghanistan, in Iraq, and among Muslims around the world, the enemy knows it too.

POPSFor sale: one used country - cheap The US news media didn't think this post 9/11 "mercy" flight for Bush's personal friends was worth investigating. ============================== How deep the connection goes "September 13, 2001 - Thousands of Americans were dead. They have been killed in a terrorist operation largely run by Saudis. Nonetheless the two men (Bush and Prince Bandar Of Saudi Arabia) each lit up a Cohiba cigar (on the Truman balcony of the White House)... Few Americans realized that these two dynasties had a history dating back more than twenty years. Not just business partners and personal friends, the Bushes and the Saudis had pulled off elaborate covert operations and gone to war together... They had been involved in the Iran-contra scandal, in secret U.S. aid in the Afghanistan War that gave birth of Osama bin Laden." From: House of Bush, House of Saud: The secret relationship between the world's most powerful dynasties by Craig Unger. Page 15

POPSThe Pentagon Flyover - How They Pulled It Off In this presentation Citizen Investigation Team reveals brand new independently obtained smoking gun evidence further exposing how the true flight path of the Pentagon attack jet is irreconcilable with all official reports and data. We demonstrate how the plane flew over Washington DC skies and came from the east side of the Potomac River. We explain how the C-130 and white E4B or "mystery plane" were used as cover for the decoy jet that was meant to fool people into believing it hit the building. We expose the methodology behind the operation and demonstrate how they were able to successfully pull off this military deception in broad daylight. See www.ThePentaCon.com for more information.

POPSFeds Charge Two With Conspiracy To Export Aircraft Parts To Iran
Federal agents executed a search warrant at Bujduveanu's home and business immediately after his arrest. Agents found boxes of military aircraft parts stored on Bujduvenau's property, including hundreds of parts for the C-130, the F-5, and other military aircraft. "Today's defendants are charged with illegally selling US military equipment to Iran, thus helping that country build up its military strength," said R. Alexander Acosta, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. "We owe it to the many service men and women who defend us to vigorously prosecute illegal exports of American military equipment." "Disrupting illegal procurement networks that attempt to circumvent our sanctions against Iran is a top priority of the Bureau of Industry and Security," said Special Agent in Charge, Michael Johnson. "This case demonstrates the importance of team work in preventing diversion of sensitive US goods," he added.
